Appartement Hotel Seespitz

Comfortable amenities and so close to Neuschwanstein Castle. Apartment was very clean and had the perfect set-up for our family (2 adults 2 little kids) of 1 room with a double bed and 1 room with 2 cozy twin beds.

Walls were a bit thin. Slight urine smell in the bathroom.

The apartment was of very high quality, with plenty of space for a family of 5, and all the necessary facilities. The room charge was very reasonable, and the 25 Euros cleaning charge only applied once, for our two night stay. A welcome pack included chocolates, a small bottle of sparling wine, dishwasher and washing machine tablets, washing up liquid and a dishwashing brush. The view from our balcony, while not directly on to the lake (we had chosen a garden view), still enabled us to see the beautiful lake and mountains. The staff were very welcoming and helpful.

Very roomy apartment/hotel. Nice spa and pool for the kids to play. Wonderful view of the lake and surrounding mountains.

Little far away from town, and the road was under construction. Small inconvience for a nice hotel.

Location and the fact it was an appartement and included a kitchen

There was nobody at the desk when we arrive and therefore it was complicated to get the key for the appartment

I would recommend this apparment/hotel to everyone. This was a relaxing stay and I wish we would have had more time to stay here longer. I would no hesitate to go back.

Cost of the breakfast was a bit steep, 15 euros per person. We did not partake since we had a kitchen.

Nice Hotel/Apartment. Location on the Lake

Staff not overly friendly. Construction going on in front of hotel, didn't offer to move us to the back even though there was plenty of empty rooms. Said construction wouldn't begin till 8, it started at 7.

Very clean. Convenient for visiting famous castles in Bavaria. 2 hours drive from Munich. Pleasant stay. I would recommend it.

The hotel was excellent in all ways and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anybody who enjoys scenery, cleanliness, good food etc

The charge for breakfast at 15euro's per head was quite steep as was the cleaning fee charged at the end of our stay. We paid 37euros and four of us had stayed in the apartment for 2 nights.

Overall the hotel was a good-excellent rating. The room were nicely sized and had some modern amenities. It allowed my 14 month old daughter some space to play and run around, provided separate rooms for sleeping that were separated by walls. The parking underneath the complex is nice, as our car was in a secure, climate controlled environment, and was only a staircase away from the room. Without help from the staff, finding the parking can be a bit tricking, but a quick phone call to the staff and they will get you sorted out. The restaurant next to the lobby room also provides for a nice take away service to bring food back to your room, and the food quality by our standards was pretty good for the money.

The only reason that the hotel did not get an excellent rating was that the bath tub had some small amounts of mold. The items below are not things I did not like, but rather areas of disadvantage. There was only 1 english speaking channel (CNN), outside of that it was all german, but we are in germany and thats kind of what we expected. The rooms were not A/C, but heaters were present. During the day time (Sept for us), the room can heat up, but at night time the temperate is comfortable without A/C, but again its Europe and the temperatures usually do not require A/C units to be present. Plus where we live A/C units are required because of the extreme heat, so we automatically expect them to be present without thinking otherwise.

Nice staff, clean appartments with all you need and splendid view on Weissensee (if East oriented appartment).

Traveled way on the opposite side of the hotel (if West oriented appartment).

Friendly staff, Nice clean, spacious apartment. Kids loved the indoor pool. Very nice family pizzeria/ italian restaurant in the hotel itself.

The hotel is located approx 4kM from Fussen so a taxi journey may be necessary if you want to have a drink with your meal in Fussen.

we liked the location directly on a small lake, it felt very relaxing and it was only ten minutes to two of the castles we wanted to visit and closed enough to other tours we had in . mind. The apartment was neat.,
