La situation sur le lac est superbe.

Le surcoût. Vous devez payer un supplément de 25 euros pour faire nettoyer la chambre. Plus un supplément de 3% du prix total pour régler avec une carte de crédit. Et enfin, un supplément pour jouir des équipements. A l'arrivée, votre séjour vous coûte 35 % plus cher que ce que vous aviez prévu. Si vous restez une semaine, cela n'est pas très plaisant.

Tout ! accès à la piscine jour et nuit, la salle de fitness, le sauna, la vue sur le lac, le calme...

On m'a fait payé 50 euros de "réservation" en plus du prix prévu. Je n'ai toujours pas compris pourquoi.

Très belle vue sur le lac (moyennant surcoût) et grand balcon. Literie de bonne qualité. Amabilité du personnel. Place de stationnement dans un garage sous-terrain. Nota : contrairement à ce qui dit l'un des commentaires, le coût du nettoyage (25 €) n'est compté qu'une fois pour le séjour. En revanche, un surcoût de 3 % est appliqué aux règlements par carte de crédit (possibles depuis cette année - 2012).

Il s'agit plus d'une grande chambre d'hôtel que d'un véritable appartement. La salle de bain est petite et mal ventilée. La baignoire est équipée d'un rideau de douche qui a beaucoup de mal à sécher et prend une odeur désagréable. Le réfrigérateur ne fonctionnait pas à notre arrivée. Un second réfrigérateur a été installé le lendemain du signalement au personnel de l'hôtel.

Surclassés spontanement ,nous avons découvert un studio parfaitement équipé,café,thé, produit vaisselle,torchon ,agréable à vivre et donnant directement sur le lac et des hôtes très agréables.Parking couvert .Possibilité de ballades au pied de l'hotel .Magique et parfait

Nous avons apprécié la vue sur le lac, les équipements (piscine, jeux intérieurs et extérieurs).

Nous n'avons pas apprécié la facturation d'un service de 25€ par chambre et par nuit, en plus du prix de la chambre et qui ne correspond à rien (aucun service particulier offert).

Location from Fussen makes driving a necessity. No phone in room.

It is the most suitable hotel for small parents with their children.A pool and a sauna and table tennis, a playground equipment are substantial.And a salesclerk is kind.

Excellent location, incredible view from late balcony (definitely recommend getting mountain view room). Italian restaurant on property was excellent.

Didn't realize there was a charge for breakfast until we checked out. Breakfast was good, however.

The hotel has everything you need to when traveling with a family, the laundry is free and great, theres a kids play room, a great pool the kids loved and a fantastic Italian restaurant, that seemed to be filled mostly with locals which is a great sign, and a lake view to die for.

Great lake view. Not much hotel staff here or maybe very busy in doing hotel stuff. We did the check-in on our own, by following the instruction letter, already put on the check-in counter, anyway an interesting experience. The hotel is well equipped with laundry equipment, a washing room next to the garage.My room is spacious with 2 beds, a dinning area, an open kitchen and a balcony. We bought things from the supermarket in the nearby town and cooked our dinner and breakfast. The cooking utensils are adequate for use. There is a small playground for kids at lakeside. A covered parking is good at snow time. Receiving a small gift (3 small jam, chocolate) after stay is unexpected and heart warming.

Cleaning charges after stay, maybe we just stayed 2 nights here, so need to pay it. At reservation, we carelessly neglect this point. Inconvenient for those ppl who have no car, difficult to reach the hotel

Many things I like about this hotel. The best is the location and the beautiful view of Seespitz. This is my second visit. Even though the bathroom stinks and not properly cleaned and the bed mattress is very thin and uncomfortable, I must say the view make up for these shortcoming. The park nearby and the very nice walking path at the lake is also very pleasant. It is also near a few restaurants within walking distance but it is quite far away from the main town. You have to have a car to drive to a good grocery store and the train station. But if you are looking for a quiet family holiday with great views, this is the place! The owners of this hotel are also very nice and friendly. THe only problem is that the front desk is not manned very frequently and you have to go hunting for some help if you need any.

Mainly the smelly toilet and uncomfortable bed. Other than that the place is fairly spacious and comfortable. I think the 3 bedroom apartment in the red building is much better than those in the blue building. I took a one room apartment last year and it was very small.

This hotel was awesome! Our room had a view overlooking the lake and the Alps beyond. My wife and I were travelling with her mom and our son, so we had a 2 bedroom apartment with a kitchen and balcony.

The restaurant wasn't open the day we were there, which was disappointing. The second room with 2 twin beds was very small, but satisfactory.

It has a nice atmosphere with good desig ideas. The Italian restorant is a good one as well. The lake view is worth the extra money

Clean, well organized. Good location.

We had requested a lake-view room with balcony -- wonderful views. We are a couple and were traveling with an adult friend -- the 4 person room was perfect, with separate sleeping areas, and a large common sitting area, dining area, and serviceable kitchen. Location is great for walks around the lake (4 mile beautiful walk/run). Free internet was great and fast.

We didn't arrange to use their buffet breakfast, which was an additional 15€ per person and we think excessively priced. We did arrange for their bread delivery, and their croissants were decent. There are supermarkets in the area, so we made a fruit salad for breakfast. They charged 50€ cleaning fee, which we also think is excessive. No service was provided during our stay.

Outstanding outlook. Staff are very accomodating. Apartment has fridge, micro wave etc.,and a good laundry Restaurant (leased from owner) is good value. Secure underground car parking .and an elevator from the garage to all floors

The website states a Fussen address when it is actually 11km from Fussen.

Hotel is located in a beautiful landscape: on shore of lake near the mountains. Very relaxing atmosphere. We were staying with a child of 1 y.o. and hotel & room facilities (equipped kitchenette, availability of washing machine etc.) made this staying very comfortable. Hotel staff is very friendly and always willing to help you in case of any problems. Swimming pool, sauna and small fitness-room can help organize leisure-time in case of poor weather. There are some interesting tourist attractions (incl. world-wide known Neuschwanstein castle), easily reachable by car. There are no problems with car parking: each room has their own "free of charge" parking place in underground garage. If you travel a lot with the car, I would recommend to refuel your car in Austria, where benzine about 20 cents/liter cheaper than in Germany (nearest Austrian Shell petrol station is located about 10 min drive distance from the hotel). There was just one thing which was quite unusual for us, but I guess, it is standard rule for Alpine apartment hotels: daily room cleaning service is not included into the room price by default (you can either clean your room yourself or additionally order this service). In general, we have been very satisfied by staying at this hotel within 10 days and would recommend it for calm relaxing holidays.

There were some things, which were absolutely not critical, but which would be improved: -Some bathroom facilities would be renewed: very poor ventilation and permanent dampness in the bathroom; no possibility to dry towels; hairdryer is inefficient -Generally, hotel accepts for payment VISA and MASTERCARD, but in case of payment this way, you will be additionally charged 3% of total amount. Nevertheless, for us it was not a big problem, as within 5 min walk-distance there is ATM, where we withdrew the money without any extra fee.
