The location in the villa district was relaxing and outstanding. The apartment was well furnished with a lovely view over the garden through large windows. This hotel is highly recommended and we had our own cooking facilities in a seperate kitchen which was an added bonus. Situated on a hilltop, there are fine views over Dresden. It's a much better option than staying in the heart of the busy Altstadt itself. Our apartment was cleaned to a high standard everyday. An excellent hotel with private, free parking. |

Very friendly and helpful staff--spoke English so there were no communication problems. One of the best equipped kitchens we've ever had in a vaction apartment. Beds were very very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious and well appointed. Wi Fi available at reasonable rate. Good parking. This is more of a "need to know" than a "did not like"... this hotel was a pretty decent tram ride from the city center. During our stay, the tram line was under construction so had to transfer from tram to bus each direction. However, we were in no rush and enjoyed both the city, the upscale neighborhood and the surrounding woods. |

The rooms/apartment we were given was absolutely gorgeous, the bath and kitchen fabulous, the view overlooking Dresden spectacular. We would reserve this facility again and again, hoping each time for the same rooms should we ever have the opportunity to visit Dresden again. Highly recommended. It is close to public transportation, located in an area of fabulous old villas, quiet and relaxing. You need good instructions to get there the first time or a GPS, which we had. After the first time it is easy to get there again and again. For English speaking guests it would be helpful to offer either a DVD player or at least one English speaking tv channel. These are not, however, reasons to avoid this facility. Our room was on the top floor so a lift would have been nice. |

Very peaceful area. Big room with bathroom and little kitchen where dishes and cutlery. Busstop quite near. Microwave oven would be nice in the kitchen. A little difficult when reception is not at the same building. They don't speak english. |

Sehr schöne Lage, sehr wohnliche Unterkunft und sehr freundlicher, zuverlässiger Service. Rundum eine gute Wahl. Das Einzige, was verbesserungsfähig wäre, ist der Teppichboden. Wir mögen zwar gerne Teppiche auf Holz-, Laminat- oder Steinböden, aber leider keine Teppichböden. |

Freundliche Mitarbeiter, ruhige Lage, schöne Aussicht Wenn jemand auf dem Appartment kochen will hat zum Kochen eine Mirkrowellenofen oder kleiner Ofen gefehlt(allerdings kann dies mit etwas Einfallsreichtum gelöst werden, ansonsten gab es nichts zu Beanstanden! |

Sauberes, sehr ruhiges Haus in toller Lage (zentrumsnah und doch zurückgezogen)! Ideal für Stadtreisen. Völlig unkomplizierte Abwicklung. Zimmer war sehr schön, sauber und gross. Service sehr nett! Kleiner Frühstücksraum; verkleckerte Tagesdecke auf Tisch wurde nicht gewechselt; daher "nur" fast perfekt für uns! Dies trübt aber den Gesamteindruck nur wenig! |

Schön sanierte Jugendstilvilla in sehr schöner Umgebung mit vielen weiteren VIllen gleicher Zeit. Nähe zu den Schlössern Dresdens, der Innenstadt und auch auf´s ruhige Land. Kommen gern wieder! In dem von uns bewohnten Dachgeschoßapp. stehen nette Möbel. Die hübschen Gauben lassen einen schönen Ausblick in fast alle Richtungen zu. Die Küche unseres Appartment´s war leider nur mäßig montiert. Hier sollte nachgearbeitet werden. |

L'appartement est superbement décoré avec vue sur Dresde. Il y a un parking dans la propriété. Le petit déjeuner est copieux. Un lit bébé est à disposition. Un peu excentré mais une ligne de bus passe à proximité. |
