After office hours, no reception to receive late guest, must call to ask them to attend to you. Luckily they can speak a little English.

The hotel is in a good location, just a few minutes' walk from Weimar railway station and with a few restaurants and cafes in the neighbourhood. It's a 10-15 minute walk to the city centre and in a quiet street.

We experienced problems gaining access on arrival as the entry system sends a text to the proprietor and the system wasn't working. Generally the proprietor was not very friendly or welcoming and the facilities are somewhat dated and in need of refurbishment. Overall, the property was clean but the mattresses on the beds were fairly old and uncomfortable.

Apartment with breakfast, minimal but ok.

Very very bad wifi connection in the room, almost always down. You have to go near the exit of your room to receive some data. The officer showed after printing the receipt the municipal tax and moreover the payment of that was only for cash money. For the credit card she wanted a 3 percent more!!! And I had to pay this charge to avoid roundtrip to banks to find cash. This aspect was not mentioned in the room description...

It is very easily for you to locate the hotel from main railway station. Room is clean and the owner is very kind.

Lack of professionalism.

A nice, quiet location close to the station and within 15 minutes walk of the centre of town. The room was spacious, had its own small kitchenette and a modern bathroom. It was spotless. The decor was basic, but functional.

While clearly a budget accommodation, we felt it was relatively expensive for what it was. We had paid less for a smart hotelroom with super breakfast in Leipzig. We felt there was a sheet missing, as you had to sleep on what looked - and felt - like a mattress cover. Quite coarse and somewhat unpleasant. We were not too impressed by the service - or lack thereof. And we also got a bit miffed when during our afternoon rest, we had a knock on the door asking if it was OK for a plumber to come in and fix a pipe in the bathroom, when would be be out.

This is an ideal accommodation for small groups - particuarly for us as we had a 3 person room with a double bed and a single. The room was seperated for privacy, but still open plan enough not to feel segregated. The shower room was excellent - spotlessly clean with modern fittings. Our room also had a 'kitchenette' with fridge which came in very handy. The location is on a quiet street, and our room was at the back of the building, resulting in a decent night's sleep. Off road parking was available, but the Savina is only a short easy walk to the centre of Weimar and the station.

The bedsheets were thick, wooly thermal fabric; which, seeing as we stayed in the summer, was a bit hot and sweaty. The parking was tight - not helped by the owners' vehicle being really badly parked! The room rate quoted was wrong - only by a couple of Euros (something to do with taxes), this was not a problem, but the receptionist didn't speak much English; we were lucky as one of our group was German, otherwise we would not have been able to understand with our rudimentary language skills.

Good for budget traveller, near train station and come with cooking facilities! Clean and the breakfast was good!

No English speaking staff. Must arrvive slightly early as we waited for 15 minutes to talk over the door bell before he opened the door.

Lage war nicht so zentral wie gedacht

Es war ruhig, das Doppelzimmer großzügig. Beim Empfang wurden wir sehr herzlich begrüßt.

Das Personal beim Frühstück war unfreundlich. Kein persönliches Wort und es kam uns so vor, als ob wir nicht erwünscht waren.

Het was een schoon goed verzorgd appartement met alle faciliteiten noodzakelijk voor een bezoek aan Weimar. Heel dicht bij het station (loopafstand) en ook heel dicht bij de stad (circa 10 minuten lopen)

Ik wilde het verblijf met Nederlandse bankkaart betalen en dat was helaas niet mogelijk. Enkel met creditkaart (3,25% duurder) of contant.

Die Lage des Hotels und das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis stimmten überein. Die Zimmer waren sauber und zweckmäßig eingericht. Die Mitarbeiter der Pension waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die kleine aber feine Sauna war nach einem anstrengenden Kulturbummel zu kalter Jahreszeit ebenfalls sehr wohltuend.

Если Вы планируете попутешествовать по Тюрингии и одновременно жить в таком красивом историческом городе как Веймар, то отель очень хорош своим расположением недалеко от вокзала и соответственно остановок всего городского и междугороднего транспорта.

Не понравилось отсутствие вентиляции в душе, кроме того, неплохо бы было установить там вместо обычного калорифера сушилку для полотенец. И главное. Если отель хочет принимать не только германских туристов, то неплохо бы было всю информацию для туристов и надписи перевести, хотя бы на английский язык.

Die Lage

Parkplatz.Einfahrt sehr schmal,wenig Plätze. Bad wurde in 7Tagen nur einmal sauber gemacht,gesaugt wurde nie.

Ruhe, Aufnahme,einfach aber komfortabel.
