Price is reasonable.

Hotel staff is not good at all. I have bad experience with staff. They asked me to pay cash next day of check-in and I was fine with that but next day I came late to hotel around 8PM and I try to reach owner to pay money but he was not responding. Next day when I came to hotel, owner had taken my luggage bags from my room and kept in his home. He could have made a call me to get money if he needs immediately or he could have come to my room to collect money. Instead of that, he had taken my bags and kept in his home. It is annoying to me and not a fair at all. Even I have booked same apartment at next week as well. After this experience I have cancelled my booking for next week.

Handtücher wurden nach dem Duschen nicht ersetzt, lediglich wieder hingehängt. Haarshampoo und Seife waren nicht vorhanden, lediglich leeren Seifenspender

Being a regular traveler, this has been the worst experience ever. We wanted to re-unite with our family for Christmas so we thought an apartment house would be great to rent. The description is very misleading for the following reasons: This is not a hotel (no reception or any other obvious hotel facilities, even the direct neighborhood didn't know about this location), it surely isn't a B&B as no breakfast is arranged and it isn't an apartment house either: These are at best three individually rented rooms in the dark basement sharing one tiny (dark) kitchen. We had asked for a child cod which the owner delivered (and old and humid one) however without any child sheets or cushion. Instead he suggested to use an adult's cushion to cover our child?!? The fantastic views advertised are all taken from the owner's living area (on the ground and upper floors) which you will not have access to. The rooms are located where you will see the smaller windows just above the grass... On top of this, the owner doesn't understand anything about the hotel/travel business, he was arrogant and deceiving. Instead of handing out the requested receipts for the reservations we paid for, he held our ID card hostage (and still does after a month!). We only wish that we had read other's ratings first (not only on booking.com) which probably would have prevented us from making any booking with this "house"...

Owner are kind and helpfull.

It is 5th hotel visited in Erlangen. This is the worst one. Price for that room is to high. Price should be higher than 40Euro/night.
