Our rooms, cups & glasses were not cleaned, bins not emptied or beds made until we asked the next morning when we were told "you didn't book for that - we are a budget hotel and you didn't pay for that package"! At €109 a night including breakfast I don't class that as "budget" and have never had or been asked to pay extra for what I believe are the services included in a stay at any hotel ever. My colleague & I travel across the EU every week - thus was the worst experience ever in the three years of us working on this project!!!

There is no proper beach or sea for the children to swim in. The sea is just a big mudpool. In the description they stated that you could surf. We can't understand where? The public swimmingpool was also not child friendly - no playing in the pool and the water was just too salty. And also the description stated that it was a wavepool and there was no waves.
