Good sized room and very useful kitchen area, makes it easy to keep costs down if traveling on a budget. There are shops nearby. Noisy heating woke us up a few times. Suggest i-pod and comfortable earphones or earplugs to cut out the creaking and knocking. |

The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful. Very good value for money ratio. The only problem with this hotel is its location. The neighborhood is somewhat industrial, you could hardly find a place to have a beer or dinner. However the metro station is about 10 walk minutes away and you can get to everywhere by it. |

Room was spacious furnished with full kitchen and utensils. At fifth floor one could hear sound of wind and rain. It was noisy. |

Kitchen in the room is a very good idea. Hotel is silent. Bedsheets were very soft as well :) The check in time (3pm) is very late. Breaskfast should be included in the cost. |

The ability to cook for ourselves this helped to reduce overall cost of our stay. No Nothing It would be the icing on the cake if there was a Launderette available as we travel by motorcycle and have limited room for luggage. However we did find one not to far away and left the details with the receptionist. |

Very friendly staff (also speaking Polish btw.). Hotel was easy to find, just 7km away from the city center. Rooms are very big and clean - cool place ! The build in kitchen is a good thing to have. Save parking. Brakfast should be included in the pricing. |

good price,location and breakfast if you want. Not so far from metro station (800 m). Good is also the opportunity to cook something to eat. |

Very good breakfast (for me) if you are not vegetarian. Big and clean rooms. Staff speaking polish (mainly avaliable at weekends!). Nice people in reception. Good connection with the city, altrough (the distance from the Subway station to the hotel is 5 minutes only for people who know the route, haven't got baggage and walking very fast). Finally: I have very good memories of my trip because of my friends. I placed an reservation 3 months before arrival. I think they (manager?) should respect it, and give me room for non-smokers and room for my friend close to my room, not few elevation far. They should write in description that on the street is reparation and/or install better windows with sound-protection glasses. Each day I was waking up, by any machine installed by road workers central before my window. |

The Appartementhotel was very good. Our room was big, comfortable and very clean. Less than 10 minutes walk to the metro station. It would be helpful to have a microwave in the kitchen. |

This hotels offers a good price-peformance ratio. It was easy to find it and it was easy to reach all main Hamburg areas from this hotel. |

We got a very big room (a triple instead of double), very clean and nicely arranged. Closed parking was a bonus. |

The room was clean, luminous and calm with lots of space. The hotel was open 24/24: really good for a week end in Hamburg. Two station from the Hauptbahnhof (center). The staff doesn't speak really english but it was ok. |

The room itself was better than I expected, with the kitchen facilities I could have made more of it, but it wasn't that sort of holiday (I was out most of the time) The reception staff were great. To be fair, only the location. There was nowhere close to have a drink but the tube (underground was close by anyway. |

My single room was quite large; kitchen facilities in the room were not essential to me, but a handy extra in any case. Good location, within some 7 min walk to closest U-bahn station. There's an ALDI supermarket within 5 min walk, which is convenient. Staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, my Visa Electron card couldn't be accepted to guarantee the on-line reservation (had to use my wife's Visa Classic). Need to be careful everytime leaving the room because the door is automatically locked when it closes, so you must have your key with you (had such accident, but the receptionist let me back in no problem). |

Central location, 5 min from main trainstation by subway. Lots of space in the room. Price. Internet shows 4stars, in fact this hotel has no stars at all (asked at reception). Terrible noises in the room (ventilation in bathroom kinda like an airplane noise, toilet, heating system was not giving me to sleep). Reception was not always open. No shampoo/gel. |

That it was not in the city ctr but it was very easy toget to thecity ctr,and the surrrounding aera was nice and peaceful and at the right price for the short stay we were there. |

Even though we arrived late in the evening the reception guy willingly moved his car for us to park. The guys on the reception evening and morning both very helpful and friendly. |

The facility was clean and all of the appliances and plumbing worked very well. Location was convenient to the U Bahn. Staff was friendly and helpful. Free parking, free internet. I stayed an entire week, and my room was only cleaned once. I got a change of towels, but I had to go to the desk to get the second change of towels. |
