Unhelpful staff non English speaking staff, room we booked well in adance with balcony not available on arrival. Incorrect info on site about triple rooms. Room fairly basic so is breakfast.

Very nice hotel , for a cheap price. Good breakfast . Also the restaurant is price friendly

close to the A3 so was handy as it was on route... there where 4 of us so a bed each, quite hotel, breakfast was good

cold snap at the time ..meant it was freezing in the room, room had small kitchen but NO cooking utensils... so was impossible to make food for small children, no kettle either... maybe they get handed out on request... but be prepared!! I would have asked.. but there was no one there when we got to got to hotel as it was self-service.. i.e. my key was in a bowl with name on it )) very quaint...

I loved the quiet location, the food, lovely German wines, the big room. It was really good value for money. We shall return.

The check-in a bit confusing. A sign says to go to the Restaurant for check-in that wasnt open, and couldnt find anyone around. We found the key at the abandoned reception in a basket.

The room is good for the money, the breakfast is also ok. It is calm and the bed is comfortable. A reasonably priced place for a short transient stay. It was half way of my travel and close to the highway. The restaurant close by (not part of the hotel) is of average quality (except the chemical food agents).

No receptionist. You cannot expect any help. You have to pickup the key in a restaurant close by and pay in the breakfast room of the hotel in the morning. Checkout in the evening is not possible. No bar or anything else, just a vending machine in the basement. The nearby restaurant (officially not part of the hotel) uses a lot of flavour enhancers and other agents in the food. They close too early and cannot replace a hotel bar. The hotel bathroom is ugly 70s design but functionality is good. There is no hairdryer. There is no WiFi available and no 3g reception, only gprs/edge so doing something online is a real pain.

Everything

It is located close to the Highway. Clean, neat and spacious rooms even for families. Hotel staff is friendly. Excellent value for money. Perfect location for a sleep-over during a long trip. Related restaurant - meals delicious (if you like the german style).

Only thing: if you spend too much time in the related restaurant, your clothes will become smelly (stinky).

Location somewhat difficult to find. Key needs to be collected from separate restaurant. Shower head needs replacing.

It is more like "rooms to let" and not a proper hotel (I.E. no reception etc) but this is not a bad thing. It was adequetly equipped (fridge, kitchen etc). Very good for it's price

Don't arrive very late if you don;t speak German.... It will be difficult to get your room keys ....

Quiet location, nice clean rooms and not too expensive we asked for an extra cot which was installed already in the room at our arrival

Breakfast was a little poor when we arrived in the eating room as they hadn't refilled the buffet in time, but that was just bad timing

We came here for the Fourth time. It is always good. The staff is very helpful and friendly. By accident we forgot something, and the staff arranged nicely that we could pick it up on our way back.

Very clean and nice. Exellent value for money. Thank you for finding and storing my son's glasses.

The sofa-bed in the tripple room was a little bit too hard to sleep on.
