The breakfast on the first day was good value for 6,50euro. Unfortunately on Sunday and monday the breakfast finished at 930am and the price was doubled thereafter! Who wants to get up before 930am on a holiday sunday or bank holiday monday?

Room was too small for 2 people (couldn't open bathroom door as it hits the bed). Room not cleaned on first day despite complaint that bins where full and new towels required. No hotel reception (you checkin at a cafe accross the road and are supplied a key and directions to hotel). No facilities to do anything when it was raining out.

The room was very clean. Good decoration with new furniture.

The heaters' position in the room was not so practical. Just 2 of them in the whole entire room. And they were not working all the time. The weather during my stay was -4 Celsius. So, make sure with the reception that they will keep in open all the time with maximal heat!!

The location was good, with good facilities nearby. The rooms of the hotel were very clean.

We were not made to feel welcome when we arrived. The bed linen was clean but seriously in need of replacement - not at all inviting. No soap in the room. The temperature control and the bathroom lights need an explanation in English. The activities and services described are not at the hotel itself. You have to pay before getting your key. A few simple improvements = make this a great place.

1st room had no phone and iffy internet. To switch to a room with phone, had to pay 10euros/night extra, but that one had no internet at all. Neither room had soap. Rooms were clean to begin with but not cleaned during stay. 2nd room had paper walls.

Proximity to the Babelsberg train station and also the Astrophysikalisches Institut Potsdam. The staff were excellent and wonderfully friendly. The bar and food was also excellent. Having a TV and BBC World Service was also great for foreign travellers like me.

The rooms could have had brighter lights. Also, it would have been nice to have some basics like soap and shampoo.

Nice large apartment. Clean and good value for money

It advertised a swimming pool- indoor and out which is does not have at all.

nous avons apprécié la propreté de la chambre et son agrément. le quartier est agréable et permet de visiter Berlin et Potsdam au calme

Il n'y avait dans la salle de bains ni savon, ni gel de douche ou shampooing (même en échantillon).Autre inconvénient: l'hôtel doit être payé en espèces car la carte Visa n'est pas acceptée pour le règlement même si elle l'est pour la réservation.

Ничего особенно хорошего или плохого сказать нельзя. Все очень простенько. Максимум на что подходит - переночевать одну-две ночи. Напротив отеля замечательная булочная, в которой с утра можно купить умопомрачительное разнообразие выпечки и ароматный кофе. Все очень дешево и вкусно. Рядом с отелем полно места для парковки машины. В 200 метрах остановка трамвая. Удобно добираться.

Заменить постельное белье на новое. В ванной комнате держать хотя бы жидкое мыло.
