We have got the room across the street located in the yard. First feeling was negative, but on the other side in the room there wasn´t "street- rush". Also the room is nice having a small kitchen. We didn´t take the breakfast in the hotel, since nearby is nice bakery, when you can take nice lunch for good price.

The restaurant staff where helpful for the most part. The restaurant staff where helpful for the most part. Since it wasn't a real hotel, after hours you had no support for anything that went wrong or needed attention. We were there for two days before they got the light in the room to work and the light out in the foyer to work. Housekeeping didn't do a good job of cleaning the room. They didn't vacuum the room even once while we were there, though they vacuumed other rooms. They didn't replace the towels unless you asked. They didn't empty the garbage cans at all. The bathroom light blew out at 17:45 one day, and the restaurant waiter said we would have to wait until the next day to get it replaced. Being that this is Germany, they didn't have the heat on, but they had instructions up on the walls of how to turn the heat on and off. I stay in Frankfurt, and we have heat. The bathroom light was on a timer, so it went off every 3 minutes, and you had to wave your hand to get it to come back on. I won't stay there ever again!

Nothing It is not a hotel at all! This is horrible! There is nothing which must be in a hotel: no reception, no exact building of a hotel. Photo displayed on the Site is fake. At this address there is a small restaurant. Everything happens that way: You go to the bar and the criminal guy (the waiter) takes money from you for accommodation. Price, incidentally, corresponds to 3 stars. You still do not realize where have you came and think that the hotel is located exactly behind the restaurant, but the waiter gives you the address of the apartment across the street. You go there and realize that you are occupying one room in a two-room (in our case) apartment. Everything there looks like the cheap hostel which price should not exceed 15 Euros per night. Shower and toilet are in the hallway, you can’t relax going there. Every door in an apartment is opened by 1 key, so that, your neighbor can easily go into your room. The fact that you live in an apartment, which could be opened by everybody, does not inspire confidence and security. The street where we got a room isn’t safe and prestigious place at all! In case of loss of things the administration of the "Hotel" does not bear any responsibility. There wasn’t even a garbage pail in our room! There wasn’t parking and there wasn’t access to the Internet, as it was written at your site. It is puzzling how this proposal appeared in the booking. сом We are VERY disappointed…

After arriving into the hotel into reserved rooms by booking.com hotel was not received his clients.At 5 o'clock in the morning there wasn't any person on a reception. This situation made to be suprised not only us but also all the persons working not far from the hotel. The phone wasn't working, we call them by ourselfes and people around. We sujest not to book such a hotel not to be in the same situation. Pay attention that there is only 2 pensions in Potsdam

Bathroom was a bit in need of repair, but was doable.

- die zentrale Lage - haben soweit gut (betttechnisch) geschlafen - keine Verdunklungsvorhänge (Fenster in Richtung Straße; man fühlte sich beobachtet - keine Heizung im Bad (Steinfußboden; es war ganz schön kalt) - mehrere Löcher im Bettlagen (im Sichtbereich!!! zwischen Kissen und Decke) - ganz schön hellhörig

schöne grosse Zimmer, sogar mit Küchenecke! die Heizung funktionierte nicht, auch nach mehrmaliger Beschwede wurde sie leider nicht instand gesetzt und wir froren bei 18°C.

Ruime schone kamers, goede bedden, schone badkamer met douche, wastafel, haardroger. Internetfaciliteit. Niet gehorig, rustig hotel. Er waren geen gordijnen in beide kamers, waardoor je in de nacht gestoord werd door het licht op de kamers van anderen. Ook werden we vroeg wakker door buitenlicht. De kussens waren erg plat / dun.

Die Einrichtung war schön. Die Betten haben so stark geknarrt, dass man sich nachts nicht einmal im Schlaf herumdrehen konnte, ohne die Kinder zu wecken. Außerdem mußte man über einen quasi öffentlichen Gang zum eigenen Bad, das erwartet man im Hotel eigentlich nicht und ist sehr unangenehm.

Personal sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Morgenbuffet sehr umfangreich und gut.Lage sehr gut für Potsdam und Berlinbesuch. 150M zum Bus. 300M zur S-Bahn. Wc Dusche sehr klein.

Gut zu finden.Zentral. Dazugehöriges gut bürgerliches Restaurant direkt auf anderer Straßenseite. Frühstücksbuffet nicht im Übernachtungspreis enthalten, extra €7,50, Ist aber sein Geld wert. Mobilar einfachste Einrichtung, zusammengewürfelt.Kleiner Fernseher mit wenig Programmen. Im Bad nicht mal ein kleines Stückchen Seife- normalerweise Standard in jedem Hotel, in dem wir bis jetzt waren. Kann doch nicht so teuer sein.
