Our suite was really spacious and luxurious. The bed was huge and very comfortable. Fantastic location just across from the Caracalla spa which can be reached by walking through the underground car park. Nice view. Quiet location. A perfect honeymoon! The air conditioner did not really work so it was very hot in the room. The breakfast was very expensive and there wasn't a great choice. There was some work going on in the hotel involving loud drilling early in the morning. |

Very obliging friendly staff, excellent location, close to termal springs and park zone, brand new apartments, free unlimited internet and baby's cradle!!! Chambermaids don't make their work properly, sometimes a room was extremely filthy after cleaning, airconditioning isn't so good (too hot and noisy with conditioner and too cold with open window), breakfast without changes every day - it's so boring :) |

We liked everything about this fantastic hotel, from the excellent suite with private patio to the very helpful staff. Quite simply the best hotel that we have stayed in in Germany! Leaving!!! |

We had a suite as there were 3 people (parents & teenager) and we were very happy with the room as it had a separate living area with sofabed, terrace and the decor was very modern. Air conditioned with large bathroom, bath & shower. The Spa is very near and is very good and relaxing - not to be missed! At the moment they do not have restaurant facilities for dinner but there are many restaurants in the centre which is 10 mins walk away. Breakfast was very good and there's a terrace if the weather is fine. We asked in advance for parking in the hotel's car park but when we arrived we were told the car park was full however directly across the road there's a 24 hr public car park which was slightly cheaper. |

When booked this hotel, was promised the room either with terrace or balcony... none was delivered. A/C was not working in the room. The room was facing the main street, could not open the windows because of the noise from the street. Sleepless night for a lot of money to pay! |

Luxury accomodation in city centre at reasonable price. Breakfast at 16 euro seemed expensive but food was excellent. The suite was absolutely first class and would highly recommend it. |

We had very nice and spacious de luxe suite for very fair prize, rooms are really well designed, bathrooms are unique. Hotel is good situated, together with small church and Thermen Caracalia which are also very good, specially 2 saunas outdoor:)), at the beginning of pedestrian street of centrum. Hotel is still not finished, but we were there in Pfingsten wochenende, so there was not larm. As I wrote, it was not still finished...for us only optical problem in this special weekend, but I can believe in normal days the larm from last works on house can disturb guests. One small problem, which is maybe for discussion, we came at the end of our breakfast with laptot to our table, there were few guests in room and they read newspapers, by other tables. |

Very modern with great service and extremely convenient to Baden-Baden's spas. No spa in the hotel, but who needs it with Caracalla and Friedrichsbad just across the way? |

It was quite nice to stay at a hotel that was only one month old! It was pristine clean. We felt as though we were the first to stay in our room. We have staying in many expensive hotels and we liked the modern flare to this room. The bathroom is really nice with walk in shower and large tub. There was a table and a living room. Almost like a small apartment w/o the kitchen. Since the hotel is so new it was still under construction. The lobby and staff size were much smaller than I expected. Staff seemed preoccupied by construction. There was really no concierge. We asked the front desk for a dinner recommendation. They sent us to a French restaurant that was closed! I even asked to make sure they were open and we were assured that they were. |

nice hotel staff and warm welcome by the hotel manager, spacious rooms with nice interiors, garage, near to city centre, babysitter service it still was a construction site, no proper entrance, breakfast was poor for the price charged (no fresh fruits or sausages etc.), no internet connection (neither in room nor in the lounge), special requirements couldn't be met (eg electric cattle in room for preparing baby food; umbrella) --> hope these things get better with time as it is a fairly new hotel |

L'accueil est parait, la chambre luxueuse dans tous les détails. La vue sur la station de Caracalla avec la terasse immense est parfaite. Consommation gratuite du minibar. Au petit déjeuner, juste un café qui n'a pas été facturé. Proximité avec les Thermes. Le Saint Nicolas sur le palier au réveil le 6 décembre !!! Communication anglais ou allemand dommage qu'ils ne parlent pas français vu la proximité avec la frontière. Petit déjeuner un peu cher. Pas idéal pour le stationnement (parking payant) mais si on accepte de marcher un peu c'est correct |
