The hotel has a great location and comfortable rooms and generous and tasty breakfast. Initially it was a bit hard to find but that can be solved with a GPS or stopping to ask people. |

The breakfast offered an excellent range from which to choose. The room was equipped to a high standard. The choice of TV channels was poor. The only English language channel was CNN - no BBC services were available. The only French channel was TV5 Monde. There was no Italian channel. All other channels were in German. An international hotel ought to cater for a few other languages when so near the frontiers with France, Belgium and Netherlands. |

Very good breakfast buffet. There was no in room safe. Wireless internet only in the lobby. There was no mini-bar in the room. Parking was poor, I had to park at the city lot at a higher price. The hotel refused to make up the difference between the cost of parking at the the higher price. |

Very central, quiet room, comfortable, clean, nice shower, brilliant breakfast included in price (one of the best ever really -- Germans love their brunches!)... The staff on reception were not great. Check-in was cold and brusque, check-out was farcical: we left a couple of bags at reception while having lunch; when we came back they tried to give us someone else's huge trolley bag, then another person's bag -- no system whatsoever!! Leave your luggage at your own risk... |

Aquis Grana City Hotel was conviently located with easy access to tourist sites and shopping. The hotel has an excellent breakfast that included not only the typical European fare but also scrambled eggs and bacon. Automobile Parking was expensive |

Well located, comfortable, calm atmosphere, excellent breakfast. Would like to have had a kettle in the room to make a cup of tea. Also, comin form the UK, it is strange now to find smoking allowed in hotels and bars. |
