The hotel is in an easy to reach location near the center of Aachen. If the hotel has no parking spaces then you can use the public 24hr car park opposite for the same cost. We had the buffet breakfast which was varied, good quality, hot and cold and the food was replenished as soon as required. The room was very modern and comfortable with a safe. We would definateley use this hotel again and would recommend it.

The location was excellent, right in the centre of Aachen and close to the cathedral. We had asked for, and got, a quiet room. This was at the back so no view but it was quiet. A good breakfast that was included in the rate. The hotel seemed popular with tour groups so it was quite busy. There was secure parking on site. Met all our requirements for a short overnight stop in Aachen. It was a pity there was no air conditioning as it was quite hot in mid- August. Also, not sure why it was rated a 4 star, it seemed more like a good 3 star.

Wonderiful breakfast.pleasent staff, close to opera house and museums. No airconditioning, We stayed in room 407,419. They had not been dusted in days.TV programes poor and no international news.Should supply much larger towels and more of them.

Great location, spacious and comfortable room, good breakfast, staff friendly. Would recommend for short city break. Noise at night (loud people outside hotel) made it difficult to sleep.

Very nice hotel staff, very helpful. Excellent location if you want to see the Cathedral and the older part of the city. Room was comfortable and clean. This is my second time staying there and will stay there again if traveling to Aachen.

Clean and spacious room. Excellent breakfast buffet and friendly staff. Very good location, just 5-10 minutes walk to the Christmas markets and Dom. Convenient public parking opposite the hotel. The pillows were too soft and uncomfortable.

The hotel is well located, in the city center close to the cathedral and the town hall. It's also cozy and the personal staff is very nice. Rooms are comfortable and although it's in the center, you don't hear any noise from outside. The breakfast is varied.

Great location, the room very spacious for 3 people but only one tine light (roof) made the room dark... Breakfast looked great - at first, but it wasn't refilled even if we came early. Young guy at reception really nice and pleasant to talk to, also day staff and people working at breakfast time. The night porter with the cool beard should have said no to the group of men that smoked cigars all evening in the bar adjacent to the reception - terrible smell, no door to close in between! That smell came through to all floors!!!

Excellent hotel within a 2-minute walk to Aachen's Dom. Clean and offers a great breakfast buffet. Even though it is advertised that no reservation is needed for parking and even after advising of a needed place at the time of reservation when we arrived we were told no spaces were available. Public parking is around the corner. I guess even Aquis Grana's parking slots are in the same place.

“We visited Aachen for the Christmas market and the hotel's location was excellent for this and also for other shopping areas. Although on a main thoroughfare we had a room overlooking one of the side-streets and it was quiet, the double-glazing very effective.
