Wij hebben met ons gezin dit hotel gebruikt als overnachtingshotel op weg naar de wintersport. Hoewel we 's avonds laat aankwamen was iedereen even vriendelijk en kregen we zelfs nog iets te eten hoewel de keuken eigenlijk gesloten was. Prima service dus.

Sehr freundlicher und herzlicher Empfang - Hilfsbereites personal Service beim Frühstück sehr unaufmerksam - Tisch wurde erst nach zweimaliger Aufforderung abgeräumt - Keine Frage nach Wünschen obwohl das Servicepersonal mehrmals am Tisch vorbei kam

Das Zimmer war sehr schön und der Saunabereich hat mir auch gefallen. Meine Fragen an der Rezeption zur Umgebung und den Möglichkeiten in Ingolstadt konnten nicht gut beantwortet werden.

Gute Auswahl beim Fruehstueck. Mein genereller Eindruck war, dass wenig zum Erhalt der Zimmer getan wurde. Duscharmaturen locker etc. Billige Bilder zum Verkauf an den Wänden. Reine Geldmacherei

Sehr freundlicher Empfang Mein Verbrauch der Minibar habe ich bar bezahlt und dann erschien es trotzdem noch einmal auf meiner übernachtungsrechnug (sprich es war nicht ausgebucht gewesen)

beim frühstück sehr unfreundlich behandelt, personal im service sehr unfrfeundlich, hotel an sich sehr gut, doch auf grund dieser unfreundlichkeit und kälte würde ich ein anderes hotel vorziehen.tut mir leid dies so zu kommentieren.,

Bis auf das Frühstück und die freundlichen Mitarbeiter, kann ich keine positive Meinung über dieses Hotel abgeben. Das Hotelzimmer war bis nach 16 Uhr nicht bezugsfertig! Es fand in der 2. Nacht eine Party im Hause statt. Die Lautstärke war unerträglich. Außerdem ging dann um 4 Uhr nachts noch der Feueralarm. Der dann nach ca. 20 Min. Erst von der Feuerwehr abgestellt wurde. Bei so einer Festivität ist ein Zimmer in diesem Haus nicht vermietbar!!! Wir bekamen 30 % Nachlass, war trotzdem nicht in Ordnung!!

Laat aangekomen, kamers keurig gereed en naast elkaar geregeld ivm ons gezin. Vriendelijk en gastvrij personeel. Ontbijt was top! Voor herhaling vatbaar.

Verkehrsgünstige Lage, dadurch aber auch nachts recht laut. Es war nicht möglich in der Nacht, dass Fenster offen zu lassen, da sehr zentral an Kreuzung gelegen.
