I liked the facilities and the friendly service. It would have been nice to include the breakfast in the room price though. |

It was very easy to get to and a very short walk to the airport. It was nice not to have to fight traffic for an early morning flight. Room was very quiet and clean. Staff very friendly and helpful! Very long walk to room (we were in the 300 rooms). Hotels that we've stayed at in Amsterdam, Brussels and Frankfurt were cheaper and included 15 days free parking ... that would have been nice. |

You just book this hotel if you want a decent hotel nearby the airport. We were flying the next day, it is very close (3 minute walk) to the departures. It is clean, and comfortable. |

Proximity to airport The service in the restaurant was poor. I was shown to a table that was not set. I waited hours for a menu and I had to ask for one in the end. The meal took too long to serve. |

facilities are good. They have taken 165 euro from my card instead 110 euro they have raised invoice for which which i got reply that they will reimburse with in few days. |

We like to stay at this hotel primarily due to its access to the airport. It is comfortable and the food is quite good. Unfortunately, our very early flight precluded us from having the included breakfast. The breakfast meal should start earlier, or some other arrangement should be available. |

For working at Dusseldorf Airport or for first night/last night of a trip to this area of Germany, this hotel is ideal. Cost of food is high, but not unreasonable, for the quality/quantity of the meals. Bar prices are very high, but with the airport terminal only minutes walk away, slightly more reasonable drink prices and reasonable food prices and selections are available. |

Easy access from airport Plastic or rubber cover around the mattress (also seen in Holiday Inn Dusseldorf!). Probably very easy cleaning for staff, hygienic but . . . lousy to sleep on plastic covered by only one sheet . . |

very central and convenient for meetings with customers arriving into Dusseldorf airport only complaint was that placed in a smoking room instead of a non smoking room |
