Nous connaissons cet hôtel, mais cette fois-ci l'équipe à la réception était encore plus performante. Excellent accueil, très bon service et toujours avec le sourire. Un seul point: Toujours pas de Wi-Fi dans les chambres. |

it is an expensive location - as all aiport hotels are - the staff is verry helpfull & professional - the restaurant (and staff) is excellent (as a non-meat-eater I find this rather an exception in Germany) - a minor point is the gym - very basic for an airport located business hotel - more international choice on TV channels |

The Sheraton Dusseldorf is an excellent location for the airport, although close to airport, there is no noise to suggest just how closed. |

Perfect location at DUS airport. Within walking distance from main terminal. Good food at hotel restaurant. Great for business travelers on transit. All rooms on one big circle shape floor, this results in long walks to and from reception as there are no elevators. Rooms a bit dated and rather small. |

The room was comfortable and quiet.The porter who assisted us with our luggage was very helpful. We had a very early flight and a lot of luggage so he put a couple of luggage trolleys into the baggage room for us. Unfortunately the fellow who was on reception the next morning handed these trolleys out to other people.So my husband had to run to the airport at 5.45am to look for trolleys.Not easy! |
