El trato con el personal del hotel, que ha sido muy bueno, memos con una camarera del bar, que estuvo un poco desafortunada con nosotros. Pero como digo yo, un garbanzo no estropea un cocido. Que la piscina estaba de reforma, y no pudimos hacer uso de ella. |

El personal: es muy amable. En general el hotel es muy confortable. Creo que fallan en los detalles: no habia abridor en el mini-bar, no reponen los accesorios de aseo todos los dias... Conviene advertir que el hotel se encuentra a las afueras de Munich y que los domingos el ultimo metro sale hacia la zona a las 20.30. |

Excellent breakfast. Initial checkin. The reservations department had not read the Guests pre arrival request. The room description failed to mention twin beds. |

The hotel was comfortable and the staff very friendly and helpful. It was expensive however and disappointing to find on arrival that the pool and other related facilities were closed for renovation. |

Hotel staff is constantly running a plot which tries to get people to upgrade their reservation class. The plot starts when you come to the reception, they start the trained story "Unfortunately your room is not yet ready, but we have another bit more expensive available already...". Lot of customers also said that their invoices contain items that they did not order or use. Someone said that breakfast was promised to be included but they tried to invoice it anyway, but then canceled it after complaint. Hotel tries to get people in with competitive pricing but then starts pulling tricks to cover up the gap. |

Well-furnished hotel, helpful staff. Good-sized room with comfortable bed. The spa was closed. This was despite the spa having theoretically reopened (according to email confirmation). Wife and I very disappointed as it was main reason for chosing hotel. |

Convenient location to grocery store, bookstore, several coffee shops and a subway stop. The Westin also had a Rathsgellar in the hotel. I didn't like the location of our room. We were placed in the garden wing. Which should have been called the cheap old wing. |

The staff was excellent and very helpful with directions, train tickets, etc. The rooms and bathrooms were very nice and clean. The bed was very, very comfortable. The subway station was about a 5-10 min walk from the hotel so very convenient. Only a 15-20 min ride into the cental station. Would definitely recommend this hotel! |

There was a bait-and-switch on the room that was reserved and this happened to other customers who checked in as well. The room that I reserved online was not the room that was set aside for me. Also, the desk staff claimed that the room that was set aside for me was not ready when I checked in (because I was a little early) so they offered another room at a higher rate. This was also done with other customers checking in less than an hour before scheduled check-in. It was a pattern of pushing customers into rooms with higher rates, claiming "the rooms (that were reserved) aren't ready yet". |

recently rennovated, natural-wood equipped, clean, pleasent bed, good connection with city center the reception desk was not willing to provide us two hours late check -out . It did not offer corect information about parking on - site (we had to pay penalty). |
