Tranquillité et Propreté Si on sort de la U-Bahn, le chemin pour trouver l'Hôtel n'est pas clairement indiqué, surtout le soir ! |

Beauté de l'hôtel et des chambres refaits à neuf ou en réfection.SPA et petit déjeuner très bien.Proximité du centre ville :station de métro 200m. Un peu de bruit le matin à cause de la réfection momentanée. |

Hotel de luxe.Chambre tower lounge avec acces au lounge avec boisson a volonte et collation offerte apres midi et soir. Buffet petit dejeuner excellent.Acces au Spa Sauna.Liaison centre ville a proximite de l'hotel Le parking de l'hotel pourrait etre gratuit ou avoir un tarif preferentiel pour les clients de l' hotel (20 euros par jour) |

Tout était parfait ! Nous y retournerons avec plaisir ! Notre fils de 2 ans 1/2 a beaucoup aimé la piscine qui est superbe ! Et c'est un excellent rapport qualité-prix ! |

The services and facilities. The breakfast was very nice and the restaurants and SPA were excellent. improve the room cleaning, concerning the second of a 2 days stay. |

The hotel fully matched my expectations. They have a nice gym and swimming pool. One thing that was offsetting cna completely unacceptable: when booking I gave my credit card number and by check in my husband gave his credit card - the hotel blocked amounts exceeding the expected price for the stay by 100% (!!) on both cards (!!) without mentioning it to us (!!!! |

Excellent location in quiet up-scale area only 10 minutes by convenient underground to center of Munich. Easy autobahn access. Parking in hotel garage (concession) a bit pricey at Euro 20 per day. You pay for the convenience. |

the beds were the very very comfortable; the bathroom was excellent; the cleaning team came at 7:30 a.m. and woke us up. When we asked one of the receptionists to take care of this problem he said we should put the "DND" sign if we don't them to come that early in the room. I find this outragious for a 5 star hotel! Moreover they have electronic keys which tell them if there is someone in the room.; the breackfast could have been better |

The service was for the most part excellent. For example they brought my wife a fan at 3 am because she couldn't sleep. The hotel facilities are what you'd expect from a 4 star place. One guy at the bar was a jerk. The breakfast spread was great, but it was really crowded on a Sunday morning. It's a little ways from the city center, but only a 5-10 min subway ride. |

Rooms were spacious , modern and comfortable , Paulener Bar/Restuarant downstairs very nice , food was good , service excellent ... all in all much better then the Sheraton Arabella Park across the road |

I like comfortable rooms, nice staff and a good spa. Hotel is near to the center of the city. And of course very good breakfast. They were re-building the dining area, so we had to wait to be seated a lot... |

First of all, the location was great. Right next to an underground station with easy correspondence for the city center in less than 10'. It was also a very quiet district. The hotel staff was great and whenever we wanted help with something we got excellent service. Breakfast buffet was amazing as well. The room was comfortable, big, with lots of closets and very clean. |
