チェックアウト精算時に 部屋代を請求された。（カードにて引き落とされていたので、前払い済みといったが １泊分しか記録にないと強硬に言われて困った。（２泊）気分が悪くなり２度と利用しない。 |

若干の料金上乗せでコネクティングルームに変更してもらえました。お部屋・設備は素晴らしかったです。 ホテル内のレストランにするかルームサービスにするか迷っていたのですが館内レストランの案内が室内のどこにもありませんでした。冷蔵庫内のドリンクは一度取り出してミネラルウォーターのガス入りかどうかを確認したのですが、戻しても料金に加算されていました。注意が必要です。（日本の旅館の様に一度取り出したら戻せないという冷蔵庫ならいいのに・・・） |

Good hotel quality, frendly personnel, good room service, breakfast and snacks un Tower Lounge, convenient parking, nice view all over Munich center. On registration at night the Tower reception was not operating. Room keys didn't open the acces to Tower Lounge - we had to spend time for re-coding them. Room-service ladies did not hasitate to come in the room without knocking (the "do not disturb" tag was not hung)))) |

Very comfortable hotel. Nice exibition (permanent) with old cars Even in compare to the exellent comfort and services the price is a bit high, espessially as the breakfast (top class) not is included in the price |

very helpful staff (1) The carpet and the cement balcony made me feel the room is very old and far from a modern hotel room. (2) There are other hotels in Munich with bigger rooms, free breakfast, free wireless, downtown, all with similar or better room price. (3) the breakfast is very expensive. |

very poor spa and massage experience which was the worst I ever had in my life. Very complicated electrical system in the rooms. No clock/ alarm available in the rooms to know the time??!!! |
