きれいでリラックスできるホテル。朝食もホットミールも充実していて満足のいくもの。オムレツを具を選んでその場で焼いてもらう事もできた。 ガラスの棚板部分（グラス置き場）や電球に埃が目立った。今年初めに回収されてシェラトンからＷｅｓｔｉｎになったようで、あちこちにシェラトンマークが残っていた。（地下駐車場に車を停めた後シェラトンマークを見てホテルを間違えたかと思った。）駐車場料金２０ユーロは高い。チェックアウトの際に順番抜かしされて腹立たしい思いをした。フロントの人間もそ知らぬ顔。 |

快適な部屋で設備も充実していたので1週間ゆっくりと滞在することができました。朝食は品数が充実して素晴らしかったですが、席数が少ないと為、時間によっては待たなくてはならないようでした。地下鉄の駅とスーパーが近くにあるので便利な場所でした。ホテルスタッフは特に女性が親切で常に丁寧な対応でした。 バスルームに1日だけ埃がたまっていたのが気になりました。 |

ホテルは素晴らしい。地下鉄の駅がすぐ近くて便利だが、周りに店が無くさびしい。朝食は24ユーロもするので敬遠した。ディスカウント料金だったので宿泊できた。 |

駅からも近く、大きなスーパーマーケットも近くにあるので、現地グッズの楽しいショッピングもできました。 若干古いので、バスのお湯の温度が一定でない時間帯もあり、火傷しそうになりました。 |

The hotel fully matched my expectations. They have a nice gym and swimming pool. One thing that was offsetting cna completely unacceptable: when booking I gave my credit card number and by check in my husband gave his credit card - the hotel blocked amounts exceeding the expected price for the stay by 100% (!!) on both cards (!!) without mentioning it to us (!!!! |

Excellent location in quiet up-scale area only 10 minutes by convenient underground to center of Munich. Easy autobahn access. Parking in hotel garage (concession) a bit pricey at Euro 20 per day. You pay for the convenience. |

the beds were the very very comfortable; the bathroom was excellent; the cleaning team came at 7:30 a.m. and woke us up. When we asked one of the receptionists to take care of this problem he said we should put the "DND" sign if we don't them to come that early in the room. I find this outragious for a 5 star hotel! Moreover they have electronic keys which tell them if there is someone in the room.; the breackfast could have been better |

The service was for the most part excellent. For example they brought my wife a fan at 3 am because she couldn't sleep. The hotel facilities are what you'd expect from a 4 star place. One guy at the bar was a jerk. The breakfast spread was great, but it was really crowded on a Sunday morning. It's a little ways from the city center, but only a 5-10 min subway ride. |

Rooms were spacious , modern and comfortable , Paulener Bar/Restuarant downstairs very nice , food was good , service excellent ... all in all much better then the Sheraton Arabella Park across the road |

First of all, the location was great. Right next to an underground station with easy correspondence for the city center in less than 10'. It was also a very quiet district. The hotel staff was great and whenever we wanted help with something we got excellent service. Breakfast buffet was amazing as well. The room was comfortable, big, with lots of closets and very clean. |

nice view from the tower room on the 22nd floor. the quality of the complimentary breakfast buffet was excellent. no guide leaflet about the hotel facility in the room. the temporary executive longe on the ground floor was a bit disappointing as the lounge on 21st floor was closed for rennovation. |
