Facilities were excellent from the beer garden to the pool/ pool bar. For a hotel aiport, the atmosphere was great. Service was friendly across the board. Romms were very comfortable. |

The bar restaurant offered simple food and dessert choices that were more budget focused and were actually quite good. Everything except room was extra - late checkout, shuttle to airport - which were key to my stay. |

The staff were very helpful. The internet in the room was broken and they quickly moved me to another room where they had tested the conenction before moving me in there. A small touch but really appreciated. The internet was a little expensive. |

value of money, good stuff, quite area, you can find free parking nearby, close to the airport 5 mins. it is a good hotel but not more than 3 stars.. |

It was near tha airport and that was the reason that I came there I Hoped to find in the room set tq make hot drink and I didn't and there was not room service or information about it |

Nice place to spend the time when you have missed the flight in MUC. 1) In hotel description should be said the shuttle bus is not free of charge. 2)Assuming the majority of visitors are travellers through MUC and bring laptpos with them it would be great if WiFi connectivity service to be more friendly. Of course "free of charge" is a sweet dream but current option of "T-mobile" hot spot is not usable at all (only 8hr or 1 week choices though pretty expensive) |

Wide and charming room. Great welcome service. The shuttle between the airport and the hotel is supposed to last around 7 minutes. But, with one every 30 minutes, plus a few difficultees, it last effectively aroud 45 minutes for me. Far to long. No international breakfast, too bad. |

The food was great; the shuttle from/to airport was appreciated. Some of the other guests in the restaurant were quite noisy and seemed a little inconsiderate of the rest of the patrons. |
