This 4-star hotel enjoys a beautiful location on the shores of the Spitzingsee lake, high in the Bavarian Alps, close to the border between Bavaria and Tyrol.

The ArabellaSheraton Alpenhotel offers cosy accommodation which is furnished in an elegant country-house style. The rooms feature warm woods, bright colours and private balconies with a mountain view.

Dine in the traditional Bavarian restaurant, the König Ludwig Stube, or try some Mediterranean dishes in the Tuscan-style Osteria L’Oliva.

The ArabellaSheraton Alpenhotel is ideal for guests looking for a relaxing break in an idyllic Alpine setting. Situated close to the Stümpflingbahn chairlift, the hotel is also a great base for skiing or hiking holidays.

Set at 1,100 metres above sea level, the ArabellaSheraton is a memorable venue for all kinds of meetings and corporate events. There are 10 conference rooms featuring natural daylight and modern, audio-visual equipment. There is also an outdoor function space where teambuilding events such as mountain biking, a high ropes course, snowshoe walking tours, and mountain lodge evenings can be organised.

Food & beverage

In the König Ludwig Stube you can enjoy a range of traditional Alpine cuisine, international dishes, low-calorie meals, fondue evenings or various theme buffets. In summer, barbecues are frequently held on the lakeside patio.

Osteria L'Oliva is a typical Tuscan country-house style restaurant which serves delicious specialities from Tuscany, Liguria, and Piedmont. You can watch your dishes being freshly prepared in the large show kitchen.

The Lobby Bar serves a wide selection of international cocktails, drinks, and spirits, including more than 40 types of whiskey. You can also enjoy freshly roasted coffee and homemade cakes here.

Around 150 varieties of wine are stored in the hotel wine cellar. Private functions and wine-tasting evenings can also be held here in this unique ambience.

Room information

The elegant rooms have been fondly decorated in a traditional country-house style. The rooms are spread over 2 buildings. The Stammhaus (main building) and the Seehof (lakeside building) are directly connected by an aisle.

Area information

The hotel is surrounded by lakes and mountains. From here you can easily explore the Wendelstein mountain and the Schliersee and Tegernsee lakes.

The hotel is just 60 kilometres south of Munich, the Bavarian capital.
