The building is really high and we got a room on the 17th floor with amazing views. The room was very modern decorated in lightly colours. The rooms look exactly like in the pictures posted on the web. Location is also very good. There is a subway station 5 min walk from the hoteel which takes you in 10 min to the city center. The breakfast is not included on the room price. It costs 22 EUR additionally per person. The 22 EUR are absolutely justified since the freakfast is amazingly good (continental buffet with everything you can imagine) and most people have brunch instead of breakfast. |

It was a nice hotel. The pool on the 22nd floor is very nice with a great view. We booked it through booking.com so we got it for 77.25 Euro a night. So for the price we got it for, we were happy. The staff could have been friendlier. It is a Sheraton so it was the restaurant and room service were expensive. I'd recommend it if you get a good price but the regular room prices are very expensive. |

The spa and gym was nice, as was the surrounding walking-streets. The climate-control worked poorly, the room was not kept clean. The "breakfast included" was dishonest and did only aply to an overfull tiny room in the attic with bad service and selection, not to the actual breakfast areas. |

The hotel was businesslike . comfortable The bar area was small and cramped for the size of the hotel - I also tried to stay a second night , when the room was not available on Bookings.com , however the Hotel had rooms and requested just under double the rate - staff were unable to deal with the discrepancy ,unwilling to work with a customer - and I moved hotels would not stay there again based on this experience |

Restaurant staff very good and food was delicious. Internet was very expensive and priced in half hour increments making using the internet difficult. Thought we had paid for parking; however, the hotel said it was not provided. Parking in the area difficult and expensive. Breakfast expensive - we passed. |

Convenient for a good local shopping centre with pleasant outside seating areas, restaurants and underground stop to city centre, airport, etc. Quiet location, spacious rooms, good facilities. Friendly staff. |

The nice rooms. A 10 euro taxi ride from the center. The terrace in concrete had this ugly net in front of it, so you were a bit in a cage! The breakfast room needs to be enlargened. There is not enough room for everybody in the two small current areas. We were told to wait both saturday and sunday. A little unsual for a four star hotel. |

The staff was really friendly. I felt welcome from the first minute. The rooms are elegant and modern. Very young decoration. I do not understand why a four star hotel has small "telephone cabins" as steam baths, made in yellowish plastic and where you need to insert coins to make them work (if the coin does not get caught in the middle). I also don't understand why the small single (3) whirlpools are made to use with coins (they were continuosly broken or half-broken as the receptionist said). |

the location of the hotel is good and quiet, its not far from the down town but its far from noise and jam.its old 4 stars hotel. And its good if we get that rate as i got it from booking.com other wise is to expensive. rooms are not that big, pool is cold, you should be naked to use the sauna and the atmosphere is not that friendly. |

I enjoyed the warm welcome of all the staff and the politeness of all. Very nice atmosphere. I also liked the pool, the sauna and bar on the 22.nd floor with great view. This made my stay very relaxing. Also the style of the rooms has to be mentioned. Very modern, light and classy. The breakfast area was completely busy during weekends, and we had to wait for a table both days. Another thing was the whirlpool, where they did not work well but during my five day stay were they not repaired. They were difficult to use, (use coins) so many gave up since it also took 20 minutes to fill up the bathtub with too hot water (you cannot regulate the degrees). |

The bed was very comfortable. In general I was very satisfied with the room. The facilities (e.g. Sauna, Swimming Pool) were very nice. A bigger bar/restaurant would be nice |

We actually thought it was the Arabellapark Grand across the road. So was a little dissapointed that it wasn/t the same. This hotel is a little tired and worn . |
