Sheraton München Arabellapark Hotel

Very nice hotel, convenient means of transport.

Super nice staff. Swift and effective check-in and out.

The room interior could use a make-over. It was somehow seventies style.

The hotel was very comfortable ,good and quiet area , good facilities

far from downtown , Crowded

1) There was a pot in the room for us to make coffee which was very useful 2) The U4 Arabella stop of the underground was close and there was a market near by during the day 3) The room was quite and there was a nice view from the 20th floor 4) Good room cleaning.

1) We could not use the fridge because there was no place. If somebody tries to put something, he could move the bottles (there were too many bottles) and the hotel's policy is to pay for them, any way. 2) We found a trip to a castle using the train in a reasonable price. When we asked the staff for the same trip organized and discovered that the price was high, the concierge service tried to change our minds, saying stories. I have to admit, though, that, another day, there was another employee who was very helpful.

the food was lovely and the reception staff/conciege were very helpfull. facilites good too.

We did however have to alert head of housekeeping to the bad standards of our room especially as we stayed in a club room.

Big and tidy room. Comfort bed and perfect view.

Location is good. There are some restaurants and shops including super market. U-barn station (U4 Arabellapark) is close within 5 minutes.

Room is small and narrow. Breakfirst is expensive 20 euro.

Rooms were very clean, so we could stay there very comfotable. The price was veri reasonable.

I made a reservation for 2 rooms, but in one room ,enough ammenity(shampoo,etc) weren't prepared.

Good value for my money.

Room was clean, big enough, parking was good and spacious.

Balcony was not clean.

I like the convenience of the amenities near the hotel and the easy access with underground to the city.

The cleaning of the room could be more rigorous. When I lifted the toilet seat, I saw urine stains on the toilet bowl from previous guests. I reported this and checked the following day. Signs of stains were visible as if wiped quickly without scrubbing. Also saw loose hairs on the toilet floor when I checked-in. They really need to clean the bathrooms properly.
