Отличный отель, находящийся рядом с парковой зоной. Хорошая кухня и обеды на свежем воздухе. Бассейн не большой, но довольно хороший. |

Идеальное сочетание цена - качество, очень хороший урровень обслуживания, прекрасные номера и кухня. Отель хорошо расположен, удобен для проведения встреч и переговоров. Сапасибо за доставленное удовольствие! Единственное пожелание - сохранить высокий уровень обслуживания. |

Отель находится далеко от центра.Но Sheraton он и в Африке Sheraton! Просторные комнаты , вид из окна ,персонал и многое другое.Мы останавливались всего на 9 часов после длительного переезда - мы полностью востановились. |

Номер "повышенной комфортности" был больше чем я ожидал. Вся сантехника новая и современная. Много шкафчиков и полок. Есть электрочайник. Завтрак разнообразный богатым выбором. Считаю, что депозит, который снимают при поселении с карточки в размере 50% от всей стоимости проживания - великоват |

1) There was a pot in the room for us to make coffee which was very useful 2) The U4 Arabella stop of the underground was close and there was a market near by during the day 3) The room was quite and there was a nice view from the 20th floor 4) Good room cleaning. 1) We could not use the fridge because there was no place. If somebody tries to put something, he could move the bottles (there were too many bottles) and the hotel's policy is to pay for them, any way. 2) We found a trip to a castle using the train in a reasonable price. When we asked the staff for the same trip organized and discovered that the price was high, the concierge service tried to change our minds, saying stories. I have to admit, though, that, another day, there was another employee who was very helpful. |

the food was lovely and the reception staff/conciege were very helpfull. facilites good too. We did however have to alert head of housekeeping to the bad standards of our room especially as we stayed in a club room. |

The jacuzzi was very disapointing. The gym was rubbish and half the equipment was not working either! And when I wanted Internet (only one day) it didn't work and nooone could fix it. Concierge was excellent! |

Location is good. There are some restaurants and shops including super market. U-barn station (U4 Arabellapark) is close within 5 minutes. Room is small and narrow. Breakfirst is expensive 20 euro. |

Convenient location if you use the Metro as near to Metro underground train station. Porter took a long time to come to collect bags resulting in us carrying our bags down ourselves in the end. |

Very good breakfast 1. I stayed for 3 nights and the bed sheets were not changed even once. 2. The same for towels for which I had to ask for their initial placement. |
