Fantastic hotel, easy to reach from Central Station. Staff very friendly and helpful - right down to booking in online for flights and storing luggage. Food excellent. Will def stay again. |

Close to the metro station in a beautiful and quiet location. Excellent service from the staff. I'd stay in the same hotel next time i visit Munich and I certainly recommend it. The hotel restaurant doesn't serve food after 22.00. |

the design of the rooms was exceptional although there was a metro station nearby the connections stopped early at night so if you stayed late at the city it would be a problem going back as it is not that close to the city center. |

The staff were excellent, very attentive and friendly. The hotel was a 10 minute tube ride out of the city centre which was a little inconvenient as my husband had limited mobility. |

The facilities were great and staff were helpful. It's probably too far from the city centre to walk but it's got great transport links: underground station, bus station, tram station all within a couple of minutes walk. |

I like the accomodation and location of the hotel. Location wise, from the central train station houfbanhouf(im not sure of the spelling) just take U4 train to arabella park and upon exit about 2 minutes walk you will find the hotel, excellent location! despite the of the positive about this hotel, i would say i was not comfortable with the pillows since they were too flat and low. it's just my personal opinion though. |

The spa was like a mini swimminghall and it was really great that everything (except for massage, cosmetic treatments and sunbed) is already included in the hotelprice. The breakfast was excellent! You can find almost everything you want there. The room wasn't clean enough. We found two big toe nails on the floor and long black hairs in the shower. |

The complimentary breakfast was very good. The rooms were way too small. So small it made the whole event uncomfortable. Also, the hotel charged for everything! No microwave for baby food. No soda machines.....just a big rip-off. |

My wife and I really enjoyed our staying at the Sheraton Arabellapark Hotel. Very helpful and friendly staff, ready to answer to all our questions about transport and places of interest in Munchen, a variety of food for breakfast, very clean room where the visitors feel like home. The only negative point was that the hotel is a little far away from the historic city centre, that makes it a bit difficult at least in the beginning to get to know all the U-Bahn lines which lead you to places of interest, but having a map solves the problem easily. |

The sauna was just awesome! We could even use it on the day of check-out... the rooms were great, really great shower with glass walls and a spectacular view over the city (our room was on the 23rd floor), maybe the location isn't the "best" since it isn't directly in the city center, but the metro (tube) is really just 2 mins away from the hotel so you could reach any part of the city within minutes and as our purpose wasn't to sight-seeing it was just perfect for us! Would definitely go there again and advice anybody to go there given the special rates they have! None, everything was perfect! |

the best thing was the breakfast, it was very good we booked seperior double rooms and they give us one double and one single romm because they saw we were 3 people and when we tried to changed it with the one we booked(superior one) the receptionist made a dumb comment,"you are only one person why do you want a double room" i was shocked!!!!!!!! room to small to be a superior, but it was comfortable |
