Sheraton München Westpark Hotel

Everything was amazing with the hotel. Couldnt fault anything, including staff, breakfast, comfort, location. It was superior to many places i've stayed!

Nope.. Loved it!

A prefect location at the city, ten minutes to the down town; close to the subway station, but still a quiet place. Staff is helpful and professional. Facilities and services are good.

Personally, I don't understand why the breakfast buffet could be the same price as dinner breakfast. As I think that the price for dinner buffet is reasonable, it means that the breakfast is really expensive.

The club rooms access to concierge room for breakfest and night time beverages and snacks.

Room a bit small. No "free" internet???

I liked the location of the hotel. It was very easy to get to city centre from it, the subway station is just 10 m from hotel. The personnel of the hotel was very helpful. Hotel has a pool and a hottub, though the pool is too deep for children.

I didnt like the smell in the room, even if we stayed in the room for non smokers everything in that room smelled like sigarette smoke, it was unpleasant.

1- No bell boy! 2- Room door is not sound proof, you can hear any noise outside the room.

It was near the Underground station

The comforter smelled as if used and was not clean. We had to request that they not put it on the bed as the foul odor transferred onto the sheets/pillows and I had to lysol the whole bed each night!

Comfortable rooms, free Internet, proximity to metro, good breakfast.

Asked staff where to get change for the metro, couldn't find anywhere and had to go back to hotel room to hunt for change and staff mentioned they could sell metro tickets!! Metro station outside hotel, but very old and does not feel safe at night with poor signage to city. Took us several trips to figure out which way we should be going! As with the facade of the hotel (1970's concrete), pool facilities dated (1980's grotto style) and small, but functioning. Pool not look as good in reality as on website. Inside of the hotel has however been refurbished.

Overall good. I had the opporuntity to see a room on the "Club" floor and it was no different to mine so I'm not sure that free drinks and a limited breakfast buffet is really worth the extra.

there was no lift from the garage into the hotel. Not a problem normally but I had a suit, laptop bag and overnight bag, it was a challenge to open all the doors and climb two flights of stairs.

I liked everything, but especially the breakfast and cleaning.The hotel is next to the metro station.

Spa,sauna,swimm-pool-relax! Good breakfast .

Womans in Reseptions was not so frendli and give for uns singl room :for 2 people! Singl room with 1 blenket and 1 kissen for 2 people -is 100% crazy! Bed was small for 2 people and many another not so good things we hade in stop in this Hotel! Besser go to 3 or 2 Star Hotel and have more nice,good servise ,als stop in 5 star hotel with arogant people in reseptions.

I was unable to travel on my incheck day because of the plane crash at amsterdam airport. The hotel was very accomadating in allowing me to cancel the first night's stay without charge. This is what I call empathy and service. Excellent.

The room was clean and comfortable but lacked style which I experience as cold and unwelcoming. But this is of course personal preference. So not a bad thing just an observation and comment.
