Les chambres sont très belles et spatieuses avec une vrai bureau. On y trouve tout le confort pour se détendre. Le quartier autour de l'hôtel est assez laid, mais la station de métro est au pied de l'hôtel. Le personnel d'accueil est très gentil mais ne parle pas français. Une mauvaise surprise : ma carte bleue a été débitée deux fois sans autorisation. La deuxième fois pour le minibar alors que je n'avais rien consommé. Il a fallut que je me déplace à nouveau à l'hôtel pour que ma carte soit recréditée. |

Overall good. I had the opporuntity to see a room on the "Club" floor and it was no different to mine so I'm not sure that free drinks and a limited breakfast buffet is really worth the extra. there was no lift from the garage into the hotel. Not a problem normally but I had a suit, laptop bag and overnight bag, it was a challenge to open all the doors and climb two flights of stairs. |

The hotel is a verry old building, but the rooms (at least on club floor) were verry modern and nice. The swimming pool was verry small, but the spa complex overall was comfortable. De service on check in was below level. The girl at the counter did not pay any attention. The club lounge was verry small and there was no choice. On day time there were only some breakfast leftovers and a poor choice of drinks. |

Spa,sauna,swimm-pool-relax! Good breakfast . Womans in Reseptions was not so frendli and give for uns singl room :for 2 people! Singl room with 1 blenket and 1 kissen for 2 people -is 100% crazy! Bed was small for 2 people and many another not so good things we hade in stop in this Hotel! Besser go to 3 or 2 Star Hotel and have more nice,good servise ,als stop in 5 star hotel with arogant people in reseptions. |

I was unable to travel on my incheck day because of the plane crash at amsterdam airport. The hotel was very accomadating in allowing me to cancel the first night's stay without charge. This is what I call empathy and service. Excellent. The room was clean and comfortable but lacked style which I experience as cold and unwelcoming. But this is of course personal preference. So not a bad thing just an observation and comment. |

Close to subway easy access to city. Price was very reasonable and we enjoyed use of spa facilities after walking all day. Comfortable fresh clean and warm. Did not have breakfast at our hotel at £21 per person we thought it too expensive. Would have liked tea and coffee making service in our room. Talking with friends in spa advised by staff we were too noisy we were so surprised at this and did find the atmosphere a little suppressive but Germans we found in general are very quiet and serious but very nice also. Lovely stay. |

Very clean hotel warm and comfortable. window shutters aid a good nights sleep. Spa lovely. Beside underground train a huge asset. Would have liked tea and coffee facilities in room. Chatting in spa asked to keep noise down, totally surprised by this. |

The staff is very friendly, and helpful with directions and tips. There is a U (subway) station right underneath the hotel and the old city center is just one ride (3-4 stops) away. Very comfortable accommodations. |
