Lokalizacja - stacja metro przy wejsciu do hotelu. Jak na Sheraton to standard troche niski. Malutka lazienka, odrapane drzwi, wlaczajacy sie samodzielnie telewizor, nieprawidlowo pracujaca klimatyzacja. |

Very nice hotel. Metro station right outside the hotel (5 mins to the city centre). Nice pool and whirlpool area. Several computers available in the reception area. |

Very good buffet breakfast - huge selection of foods. Sauna, steam room very clean and no additional charge (there is no swimming pool - just jacuzzis). At the airport we bought a pass for return to Munich and 3 days unlimited use of the train, tram and underground system - only 39 euros for 2 people travelling together). Normal high prices for hotel food. We looked outside but there wasn't much in the direction that we walked, just a couple of pharmacies and kebab shops. You need to travel into Munich - it's probably too far to walk but the Underground is 50 years from the hotel - takes 5 minutes and at weekends runs until 02:00am. |

Convenient location, spacious room and nice bar and free internet access in the lobby. The metro is just outside the hotel and it's 3 stops to the centre. Change at karlsplatz for trains to the airport (S8). |

Everything was amazing with the hotel. Couldnt fault anything, including staff, breakfast, comfort, location. It was superior to many places i've stayed! Nope.. Loved it! |

A prefect location at the city, ten minutes to the down town; close to the subway station, but still a quiet place. Staff is helpful and professional. Facilities and services are good. Personally, I don't understand why the breakfast buffet could be the same price as dinner breakfast. As I think that the price for dinner buffet is reasonable, it means that the breakfast is really expensive. |

First It is very convenient for the place I am working. Then it is clean and the service is professionnal - the bar is warm - Also, under some circonstances, the rate could be acceptable (80 Euros/ 100 euros) First, it is really difficult to change the room temperature of the Air conditioned. Second the pool/sauna might close later than 10:30 PM to benefit from it - Third, the breakfast is expensive |

We liked the breakfasts and the convenience of the city transportation, the S and U bahn. We also loved the SPA located inside the hotel and their hours are just great. Plus, the computers are free to use at the lobby. We really like these free services. The hotel did not have our reservation when we checked in. They also said that our breakfasts were not included. Later, the staff found our reservation and checked us in, but the breakfasts were added on, not included. We learned this when we checked out after 7 days. The staff said again our breakfasts were not included. We had to go to the computer at the lobby to print out our reservation and showed it to them. They corrected the mistakes and charged us the amount on our reservation. I wonder why the booking.com and the Sharaton did not have good communication like other hotels we have been in. |

I liked the location of the hotel. It was very easy to get to city centre from it, the subway station is just 10 m from hotel. The personnel of the hotel was very helpful. Hotel has a pool and a hottub, though the pool is too deep for children. I didnt like the smell in the room, even if we stayed in the room for non smokers everything in that room smelled like sigarette smoke, it was unpleasant. |

The Location of the hotel is very quiet. The room is reasonably big compared with other 4 stars hotels. You can have late check out up to 6 o'clock by paying 10 Euro/Hour if you have to stay after 12 o'clock No electric kettle, no complimentary things! room cleaning service has not showed up twice and bed has not been tidy in some days |

It was near the Underground station The comforter smelled as if used and was not clean. We had to request that they not put it on the bed as the foul odor transferred onto the sheets/pillows and I had to lysol the whole bed each night! |

Comfortable rooms, free Internet, proximity to metro, good breakfast. Asked staff where to get change for the metro, couldn't find anywhere and had to go back to hotel room to hunt for change and staff mentioned they could sell metro tickets!! Metro station outside hotel, but very old and does not feel safe at night with poor signage to city. Took us several trips to figure out which way we should be going! As with the facade of the hotel (1970's concrete), pool facilities dated (1980's grotto style) and small, but functioning. Pool not look as good in reality as on website. Inside of the hotel has however been refurbished. |

Overall good. I had the opporuntity to see a room on the "Club" floor and it was no different to mine so I'm not sure that free drinks and a limited breakfast buffet is really worth the extra. there was no lift from the garage into the hotel. Not a problem normally but I had a suit, laptop bag and overnight bag, it was a challenge to open all the doors and climb two flights of stairs. |

The hotel is a verry old building, but the rooms (at least on club floor) were verry modern and nice. The swimming pool was verry small, but the spa complex overall was comfortable. De service on check in was below level. The girl at the counter did not pay any attention. The club lounge was verry small and there was no choice. On day time there were only some breakfast leftovers and a poor choice of drinks. |
