Great interior/exterior design, I really got what I expected when I looked at the photos here and even more. Nice staff. Cozy bar and restaurant. Good location. No WI-FI in rooms, only at the lobby/bar. They have the cable internet, but it is inconvenient if you have more than one device. |

Nobody told us that breakfast is not included. The clark gave us the key and said "Breakfast is from 7 till 10" so every normal person will understand that its included. But when we made check out we figure out that we have to pay for the breakfast we ate... |

The location is good. The room quite comfortable and clean. Nice bed. Good but qite expencive breakfast (17 euros per person). Not acceptable for a 4 star hotel the bath in the room was separated just with a courtin and not with wall.this happens just in the first floor rooms. |

Perfect situation - next to the railway station, metro, city center, museums; comfortable, nicely furnished and perfectly clean room; excellent breakfast; polite and helpful receptionists. |

The rrom is very comfortable. I felt relaxed while sitting in the room. The hotel is quite far away from the Hauptbahnhof (main station) and the visitors need to walk a long way up the slope. Luckily it's easy to be located. |

Stylish and new hotel with excellent services. The staff took care of our requests very well and did not complain even we arrived to the breakfast at the closing time without realizing it until later. The hotel was a bit outside of the city center and the views from the windows were commercial buildings. |

Op wandel afstand van het trein/busstation en het centrum. Broodjes als ontbijt kunnen gehaald/ gegeten worden in de stationshal. Keuze genoeg en goedkoper dan het ontbijt in het hotel. Auto naast de ingang, achter de slagboom bij het hotel, niet in de parkeergarage parkeren is gratis. Grote/ ruime kamer!! Hoge prijs van het onbijt en er om die reden geen gebruik van gemaakt.Met het raam open slapen, aan de kant van de doorgaande weg, is geen aanrader. Raam gesloten houden geeft geen geluidsoverlast. Vraag anders om een kamer aan de achterkant. |

Personeel aan de balie onbeleefd, kortaf. Rekening op herr ipv mw. Maken van een kopie was bijna te veel gevraagd.Handdoeken op kamer en prullebak niet verschoond.Kleine kamers. Niet 2 enkele bdden zoals we hadden geresreveerd, maar tegen elkaar aanstaand, wat weinig privicy gaf. Dure kamers voor weinig comfort! |

Die zentrale Lage des Hotels mitten in Stuttgart in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Hauptbahnhof Im Hotel ist zuviel die Farbe weiß. Es fehlt das farbliche i-Tüpfelchen; ein Farb oder Kunstkonzept. |

Sehr saubere und großzügige Zimmer, günstige Lage zum Bahnhof und in die Innenstadt. Es sind zu Stoßzeiten (Sonntag 9.00 h) nicht genügend Plätze zum frühstücken vorhanden. |

Mir ist dieses Hotel schon bestens bekannt und architetektonisch etwas besonderes! Das Frühstück und Parkgarage extra kosten. Bei diesem Preis ist das in vielen Hotels innerhalb der BRD, die ich kenne im Zimmerpreis enthalten! |
