La posizione è comodissima, in 5 minuti a piedi si raggiunge la stazione di treni, metro e tram. Lo staff è molto gentile, le camere sono belle spaziose, pulite, accoglienti. Ho apprezzato tantissimo il lettore DVD-mp3 in camera ed ancora di più il CD di musica chill-out a disposizione. L'assenza di musica nella zona delle saune: rende l'area un po' deprimente |

Hotel di lusso,a 10 min a piedi dal centro e 5 dalla stazione.Personale squisito e sempre disponibile.Camere grandi,pulitissime e moderne.Tutto nuovissimo e dal design innovativo di un celebre architetto.Gli spazi comuni come hall e bar lasciano senza fiato per la bellezza e la ricerca dei particolari.La colazione è superba ma cmq il bar serve espressi e capuccini pagabili singolarmente. Nessuno.Tutto perfetto. |

the big room and cleanliness. Also the silence in back side. only a very little thing: there is no watch in that room, there is no way to know what is the time, unless you have your own watch. |

The staff is helpful. The hotel is newish, nicely decorated and kept clean. The breakfast buffet is very good. No coffee maker in the room. |

Great interior/exterior design, I really got what I expected when I looked at the photos here and even more. Nice staff. Cozy bar and restaurant. Good location. No WI-FI in rooms, only at the lobby/bar. They have the cable internet, but it is inconvenient if you have more than one device. |

Nobody told us that breakfast is not included. The clark gave us the key and said "Breakfast is from 7 till 10" so every normal person will understand that its included. But when we made check out we figure out that we have to pay for the breakfast we ate... |

The location is good. The room quite comfortable and clean. Nice bed. Good but qite expencive breakfast (17 euros per person). Not acceptable for a 4 star hotel the bath in the room was separated just with a courtin and not with wall.this happens just in the first floor rooms. |

The rrom is very comfortable. I felt relaxed while sitting in the room. The hotel is quite far away from the Hauptbahnhof (main station) and the visitors need to walk a long way up the slope. Luckily it's easy to be located. |
