the big room and cleanliness. Also the silence in back side. only a very little thing: there is no watch in that room, there is no way to know what is the time, unless you have your own watch. |

the front desk staff was most helpful, especially when my husband was sick and needed to see a doctor. they called and made an appointment for him. construction noise |

The staff is helpful. The hotel is newish, nicely decorated and kept clean. The breakfast buffet is very good. No coffee maker in the room. |

Great interior/exterior design, I really got what I expected when I looked at the photos here and even more. Nice staff. Cozy bar and restaurant. Good location. No WI-FI in rooms, only at the lobby/bar. They have the cable internet, but it is inconvenient if you have more than one device. |

Nobody told us that breakfast is not included. The clark gave us the key and said "Breakfast is from 7 till 10" so every normal person will understand that its included. But when we made check out we figure out that we have to pay for the breakfast we ate... |

The location is good. The room quite comfortable and clean. Nice bed. Good but qite expencive breakfast (17 euros per person). Not acceptable for a 4 star hotel the bath in the room was separated just with a courtin and not with wall.this happens just in the first floor rooms. |

The rrom is very comfortable. I felt relaxed while sitting in the room. The hotel is quite far away from the Hauptbahnhof (main station) and the visitors need to walk a long way up the slope. Luckily it's easy to be located. |

Das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zimmer und Bad sind modern und sauber. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt.In den Zimmersafe passten sogar DIN A 4 Akte und Laptop. Nein, es war alles bestens. |

Uns hat das Hotel sehr gut gefallen..........und wir hatten die Wellnessanlage ganz für uns allein........die sehr sauber war .....besonders zu empfehlen ist das hoteleigene Restaurant: deutsche küche, frisch und angemessene Preise.....sehr nette und kompetente Bedienung... |
