Great hotel great location and great service
-windows can be open! -good service -super breakfast -good location and close to public transport system -good beds -clean rooms
Excellent hotel , very good location . Hamburg harbour area minutes walk away .Staff and facilities excellent .
The hotel is near the U-Bahn station; anyway, it's possible to reach by feet the town center in less than half of an hour
The hotel is new and kind of luxury. Near train station.
The hotel is about 200 m from red area.
Great hotel. Good staff.
Very poor internet connection. Wonder why hotels like this who has free internet make it simpler to access!
Big, comfortable room, modern design, excellent location
The spa was free and perfekt after a long day walking arround Hamburg. The breakferst buffet was impressive and included coffee, a Big tea selaction and juices.
Quiet and clean rooms. Excellent breakfast
Not much warmth or real character. Very business like hotel. Area is repperbahn with its pros and cons
Freundlichkeit des Empfangpersonals
Kleines Fenster im Zimmer
Staff was nice, smiling, helpful, and competent. Very conveniently placed in a very animated area, close to the harbor with lots of restaurants, many good bakeries and patisseries around If you want to avoid a big breakfast at hotel. Will go back for sure
Nothing to complain aboutj
Room was comfortable
Wifi kept dropping out or was slow. Breakfast way too expensive. Hotel is in the red light district, I was too scared to be outside on Sunday morning.
Lovely room, interesting decor in the public areas.Modern design.Very good breakfast and handy location for catching the underground and exploring Hamburg.Very pleasant and helpful staff.
Fluctuating WiFi -sometimes hard to get a connection.
Design, quality bed, car park good value and the staff! All very welcoming. Found a fantastic local restaurant amongst a choice of many
Breakfast pricey, though at the very end of the Reeperbahn and no noise I hadn't fully appreciated what the Reeperbahn entailed. Best do your research.
The Arcotel's location is amazing if you stay out a little longer and can simply walk back from the "Kiez". The breakfast buffet was perfect (although a little more on the pricey side). We also had a stunning view over Hamburg from our 6th floor room.
The hotel had no pool and breakfast cost more if you wanted to decide spontaneously.
Almost everything! 200 yds from the train station and at the start of the nightlife strip..
Toilet light was very bright and switch was outside door, so when it was turned on and opened of a night time, the bright light would wake up anybody sleeping..
The person at the office named Sina was really good
- room standard in superior room - location right in St.Pauli and steps from S-Bahn
This hotel was in an ideal position for where we wanted to be in Hamburg Would definitely stay here again.
I have stayed in the hotel when I worked in Hamburg so I knew it would be a good stay, the standard of the hotel is good but it's what I expected thats why I chose this hotel.
WIFI on the 7th floor was quite poor
All the staff were fantastic, friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was an absolute feast!
The curtains let in way too much light, so we woke up at the crack of dawn every day. Room service menu was very limited.
Hotel staff were great. Aircon fabulous (found a lot of European hotels to be hot and uncomfortable) First time we stayed we got a free room upgrade. Second time we stayed in a normal room which was still very nice. Beds were really comfy.
We got to the hotel after Wacken music festival at 9am on a Sunday morning, having hours before we could check in we decided to go for a walk to get some food. Bad decision! Streets were a rubbish tip and the people still out and about scared me! During the day the location might be fine but I certainly wouldn't advice women being alone or anyone carry any expensive items around. The hotel seemed to be at the end of the red light district but I didn't fancy a walk around again so I really don't know. Breakfast was 22 euro each so we didn't get it. Also the internet wifi is stopped at a certain download limit.
Location is perfect and modern hotel
New, modern, really cool.
