ARCOTEL Rubin    

Everything about the Arcotel was great, we really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again

I had a very pleasant stay in ARCOTEL Rubin while in Hamburg for business. Hotel and rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable and bathroom was spotless. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was generous with sparkling wine. What a nice start for a day. I also found Finnish sauna very decent one, offering nice steams. Location near central train station is practical. I sure would return for business, but could also come with my family (with small children).

Very nice hotel, excellent location - close to shopping and dining area. Clean and spacious room, comfortable bed. Excellent beakfast. Free WiFi.

The until-late sauna and WiFi were included in the price.

Very expensive breakfast while somebody come buy decent breakfast from the opposite supermarket with the 1/8 of the price. Gloomy and a bit dark neighborhood which doesn't allow you to walk carefree during night hours. Few of the apples offered were not in a good shape. The elevator card safety mechanism is a bit annoying. It would be easier to scan without using a socket.

The room and the bathroom were comfortable and very attractive. The staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast was excellent. We were impressed by how quiet it was.

Even though we liked the location of the hotel, its proximity to many places we wanted to visit, we did not like the neighborhood.

Rooms are clean and spacious. There is free low-speed WiFi (practical when having to check up on mail or Facebook) The personel is friendly

Having a €20 per person breakfast is the reason why I'd rather go for breakfast at one of the many cafés in St. Georg.

20 euros for a breakfast is far too much. There is three different saunas but as a woman I could never use them because there were always naked men in them.

The hotel was exellent value for the price we payed the staff were all helpful and freindly also in good location for getting about 2 metro stations within 500 meters of hotel

I liked the convenient parking cellar, friendly staff, you can come and go as you like, card security in elevator, the location, large room with walk-in closet, very clean and well-functioning room, good temperature, in walking distance from Lange Reihe, from the station/Metro, from Alster lake, from the city centre - it's just a wonderful hotel, which I will recommend to all travellers visiting Hamburg.

Fine facilities, Clean, Quiet rooms, Good beds. Easy internet acces, Central placement in Hamburg.

Breakfast, proximity to the city centre and shopping area. Easy to reach from the airport and train station.

Fitness is very basic.

Clean, modern look to lobby and rooms; comfortable. Front desk very helpful, though one of three I dealt with did not have much command of English. When we checked in, the young man at the counter was very helpful in offering directions to places we wanted to visit. While the location on Steinman seemed to be in the middle of a peep-show district, it was quite convenient to the underground, and to the street to the northwest with a lively restaurant scene.
