The location, the design of the junior suite overall (particularly the bathroom), the comfortable bed. Relative lack of privacy due to layout of windows in both bed and sitting areas. Noise from street and particularly "night club" next door. We did not think that the suite represented value for money. |

We stayed in a Junior Suite and the view over the city was superb. Location was also very convenient for nearby restaurants and transport links. We did not have breakfast in the hotel as it was expensive. Plenty of places nearby where you can get breakfast at more reasonable prices. |

The hotel is extremely well located and quite comfortable. Service is fairly minimal; don't expect pampering. If you love the nightlife, this hotel is for you. In fact, you may not even have to leave your room: a very popular club is right next door, and the party can go on until 4 a.m. When I told the desk clerk that I should have been warned about the noise, the response was: "But you are in the center of Berlin!" as if it was too much to expect a good night's sleep for $150 and up a night. I live in the center of New York City and have never had noise like that. If this does not appeal to you, specify that you need a front room (where the windows do not open). Otherwise, the hotel was perfectly comfortable. |

It was in a very convenient location and the beds were comfortable. It was a little pricey (room, parking, etc.) for what you get. Our room had no soap or any of the travel toiletries. It was fancy, but not practical. |

the hotel and the room was perfect.only they didn't inform me about the extra charges on the thirsd extra bed, although we had the extra bed for 2 days, they were charging it for 3 days and we noticed and corrected it. there were some extras from the minibar written that we never had, also corrected them. the nightly rate was extremely high because of the local fair, bread and butter. I stayed in 2 different rooms in 1 week and both times they didn't ask me if I want a smoking room or not, in both times I had to change my room since I don't want the smoking floor, which smelled disgusting. needs to be renovated a bit, the televisions are old. the white curtains were actually grey, and the room we stayed serously needed a paint, there were stains on the wall. All rooms should be non-smoking, cant believe they still have a smoking floor and rooms! |

The area is charming. The modern design of the hotel fits in well with the older architecture. There was no room service though this is advertised on the hotel page. This had an adverse affect on our holiday, as my wife is disabled and often enjoys eating in the room. |
