staffs of this hotel are unfriendliness, and facilities in this hotel, including price of drinks and breakfast is too expensive compare for it's quality. If I go to berlin again, I never will stay in this hotel. |

The convenience of 24-hour check-in, and the central location. That breakfast was not included in the advertised price was NOT clear. This added almost 10% to the price of the two-day stay. |

It was cheap, cheerful, friendly and extremely convenient, located right by the 24hr Alexanderplatz railway station - brilliant if you have a painfully early plane to catch! |

good clean accommodation at a reasonable price all night noise from what appeared to be a nightclub across the street was very annoying (Saturday night). 3 Euro for a small bottle of water from reception is much too expensive |

Location is the best, two minuets walk from AlexanderPlatz station where most of the metro, bus, train and tram lines meet!! easy to go anywhere from there! the room was big and very good size bathroom! There was no mini bar at the room, whenever we felt thirsty we had to go down to the reception and buy drinks from a big fridge next to the reception! |
