The location was pefect for my visit to the Schalke 04, Veltins Arena. It may not suit others visiting Gelsenkirchen itself, a few km away.

This hotel is less than 5 minutes from the Veltins Arena and seems to cater mostly for visitors to the venue. Most of the facilities were basic, but adequate, although there was no elevator to the upper floors. The evening I stayed there, there was one receptionist and a couple of restaurant staff. Most of the time you had to hunt down the receptionist if you wanted something. In the morning, the reception did not open until after 7am and prior to that there was just one woman serving breakfast.

Location is perfect for the Schalke stadium and not far by tram from the centre. Staff were great, I was very glad to be able to check in early and get sorted before going to the football. The room was excellent and breakfast very nice indeed. A very enjoyable short stay.

1. Warm & welcoming service they wrotejn the welcome note "welcome to our house " , they could have used the word hotel. 2. Excellent and sumptuous breakfast , the breads were freshly baked, wide choice. 3. Very helpful & courteous staff whether its the cleaning lady or waitress serving breakfast even though they did not speak english. 4. 100% value for money. 5. Quiet peaceful location not very far from downtown, well connected. 6. I'm definitely visiting them again and already recommended to friends & colleagues.

Besonders positiv zu erwähnen ist das sehr nette Personal und die Nähe zum Stadion. Nicht gefallen hat die Lage des Zimmers genau neben dem Gemeinschaftsbad. Dadurch wurde man sehr früh gestört.

Es war nachts viel zu laut! Menschen trampelten über die Flure etc. Im Bad tropfte ein Wasserhahn. Um heißes Wasser zum Duschen zu bekommen, musste man lange warten. Außerdem ließ sich der Duschkopf nicht richtig einstellen..und und und.

Das Hotel ist recht günstig. Eine spätere Anreise hat ohne Probleme mit der Hinterlegung eines Schlüssels funktioniert. Der Parkplatz im Hof des Hotels ist sehr geräumig, lässt somit auch die Unterbringung größerer Fahrzeuge zu.

Hotel is netjes en het personeel is vriendelijk. Ruime parkeergelegenheid. Op loopafstand van Arena stadion. De buitenkant oogt niet echt uitnodigend, dit wordt binnen wel weer goed gemaakt. Geen goede eetgelegenheid in de buurt. Tram naar het centrum 5 à 10 minuten lopen.
