Cozy hotel. Excellent breakfast(!) Great location minutes away from shopping (4mins to shopping street) / cathedral (12mins) / river / public transportation. If don't feel like walking from railway station: taxi costs apx. 7eur. Spacious single room outlooking the back (quiet) although the front faces a quiet street. Reception open all night, so you can leave your key. Friendly staff =) WiFi not included in hotel rate. Safe in the room works on a coin, the challenge is that it's a German Mark coin (maybe one can borrow one from reception-did not check that!). But those are minor details - this is a comfortable hotel to stay at! |

Hotel is centrally located downtown..... just minutes from the Cathedral... easily accessible! Being downtown parking is very limited.... one way streets are confusing to say the least.... lots of construction currently going on downtown as well, which further adds to the problems.... hotels does have private parking garage available..... once car is secured.... your vacation can start!!! |

In was close to my interest area in the city and some in the reception were friendly and helpful. Some in the reception area were a bit strange acting (night shift woman at the reception) |

It was a fabulous location. There is a big whoo haa made about their bar on their website...but it was closed...not just for the weekend, for good. |

Vriendelijk personeel, ruime kamer, net hotel, perfecte ligging. Je loopt zo de winkelstraat in. Rustige buurt, privegarage voor auto is de straat om de hoek. |

Vreselijk aardig personeel. Heel behulpzaam en attent. Super! wat jammer was, dat ik een niet roken kamer had gereserveerd, maar dat er heel duidelijk wel was gerookt op de kamer, Maar ach ik heb gewoon het raam open gezet (ook 's nachts). |

De ligging bijna hartje Keulen, ontbijtbuffet was buiten verwachting.Garage nabij t hotel. Gedateerde kamers, was niet echt proper, Als je de ene dag t personeel hebt ingelicht dat de douche niet doorloopt en vervolgens de volgende dag nog steeds t zelfde probleem is. |

Internetzugang gratis. Besonders wichtig, wenn Anschlußflug ansteht und man den online check in machen möchte. Sehr, sehr laut. Offene Steckdosen über dem Kopfende des Bettes sind sehr gefährlich darüber hinaus. Das Bad war zu eng und ich hatte das Gefühl, das Raumschiff ohne Fenster würde gleich abheben (Ventilator).... Im übrigen ist die Distanz vom HBF falsch angegeben... 20-25 min sollte da stehen. |

De vriendelijkheid en behulpzaamheid van de verscheidene medewerkers + het feit dat de (meer dan 3 maanden vooraf )gereserveerde parkeerplaats ter beschikking was. Je zit hartje Keulen en je auto staat betaalbaar & veilig. Bagage mocht ook na uitchecken blijven staan. Goede bergruimte (2 kledingkasten) kom je ook niet op elke hotelkamer tegen, bij Ariane wel.Voor herhaling vatbaar !!! |

Lage: Das Hotel liegt mitten in der Stadt und ist trotzdem sehr ruhig. Mitarbeiter: sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit; Frühstück: große Auswahl und gute Qualität. Sauberkeit: Zimmer und Hotel insgesamt in einwandfreiem Zustand. |
