Arktur City Hotel  

The hotel was only 30 mins bus drive away from the airport Tegel and only 15 mins walk from the Kurfuerstendamm. Small hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Did get my hot chocolate, although it wasn't on the breakfast menue. Would go there again!

There is nothing I didn't like about the hotel. However, unfortunately wherever you may go, there are people who are staying at the same hotel who think they can make as much noise as they want to at whatever time it is. A lot of people do not know how to show consideration for others when they come home at some unwordly time.

Good hotel, everything has been said further up :-) Excellent for the price we had to pay in the center of one of the main european capital.

The tool to clean your shoes is useful.. the hotel design was good and also the position but..no one speak english and the room had bad smell...toilet smeel all the time!

Hotel has separate entrances to the hotel and to the reception. Going for breakfast you need to go outside and the inside. Good news - both entrances are next to each other

Cleanliness

The hotel room was really cold and I couldn't change anything about it. There wasn't a way to adjust the heating in the room. I complained several times, but nothing was done about it. There was only one thin bed sheet(duvet) in the room which was insufficient during the night(it was in November). Bathroom was nice, tiled and spacious, but with no heating what so ever, pretty uncomfortable. Room was newly furnished, but with poor heating and cold floors there was no feeling of comfort.

The room was nice, the breakfast was nice, the price was nice. Only two blocks to U. Nice bathroom, very good shower. Staff was friendly but left you alone. Worked out perfect for my needs.

The walls are a little thin. I would have liked to increase the temperature in my room, but could not. A second chair would have been real nice.

WiFi link was very weak in the rooms!

The room was very clean ( they've cleaned it every day ) and quite, which as a big advantage, especially when you come back in the evening tired from whole day walking. The bathroom was also very good- small, but still equipped with all you need, incl. hairdrier and was clean. The staff was nice. The location is also very good- 2-3min from U-bahn station, with connection to Tegel airport ( so it is max 20min to the airport) and easy connection to the city center stations. There is a big store just outside the hotel that works till late. There are also a lot of shops on the street, and places when you can have a coffee, breakfast or beer & dinner.

Good hotel. Without luxus, but adequate to the price. Clean rooms, good breakfast, good staff.

Good location close to U-station and the Technical University

The room was too small. The price (94 Euros per night) was too high for the quality of the hotel, even taking account of the fact that this was conference season in Berlin.

- zentrale Lage, gut erreichbar für Congressen, Tagungen und Seminaren. - familiäre Führungsstil - nett und Zugewandt ist kein Fremdwort von Mitarbeiter. - Hilfsbereitschaft zeichnet die Mitarbeiter aus. - Empfehlenswert für Geschäftsfreunde. Es werden noch mehrere Freunde bei Ihnen melden. Also...weiter so..
