Bad Duschkabine alle Türen Locker nicht in der Führung. Lampe im Bad ohne Glaskuppel und somit die Birne im Feuchtraum ungeschützt. Fernseher kein Programm stöhrungsfrei zu Empfangen.

Nuit calme. Chambre pour familles. Il n'y avait pas de possibilité de mettre un bloc pour glace au congélateur, alors que cela est pour nous indispensable pour maintenir un médicament important et indispensable au frais.

La proximité de Darmstadt. Après 3 séjours corrects dans cet hotel, nous avons été déçus par notre 4ème séjour. En effet, depuis le 1er juillet, suite à un changement de propriétaire, aucun service n'est plus assuré le week-end (pas de petit déjeuner du samedi au lundi, pas de ménage), aucun changement n'avait été communiqué à Booking lors de notre réservation. Autres mauvaises surprises : un long temps d'attente à la reception, un changement de chambre du à des travaux en cours, pas d'eau chaude (merci booking pour son intervention le 2ème jour mais de nouveau de l'eau froide le 3ème), pas de télévision. Difficulté de communication avec l'accueil et une invitation à annuler notre séjour lors de notre arrivée.

Kein Frühstück, dafür waren 60€ zuviel!!!! Duschkabine war defekt. Zimmer nur ungenügend gereinigt.

Ruhige Lage. Kostenlos parken. Schnelles WLAN ohne Gebühr. Versorgtes Frühstücksbüffet. Ältere Fernseher mit nur 3 Sender und eine nicht funktionierende Fernbedienung.

Das Hotel war unbelegt, es wurde erst auf Nachfrage Frühstück angeboten. Da die Kaffeemaschine defekt war, sagte man uns wir sollen Tee trinken. Es war zu keinem Zeitpunkt Servicepersonal vorhanden (nur nach Reklamation). Leider war der Hotelpreis im vorhinein bezahlt, da wir ansonsten 50% in Abzug gebracht hätten.

Bathroom plain dirty, toilet seat clearly not seen a cleaning for a while. Small rooms, location hotel is in an industrial area near a village 10km from darmstadt.

freundliche Mitarbeiter, saubere zimmer, ruhige lage Ferseher hatte keine Fernbedienung, wobei ich evtl. eine bekommen hätte wenn ich gefragt hätte. war vorher schon mal da und in anderem Zimmer gab es eine Fernbedienung.

Freundliches Personal, sehr hilfsbereit. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet. (Schon lange) kaputte Duschkabine und Bad-Lüftung, dicke Staubschicht auf Fensterbänken und in Badsteckdosen, unsaubere Badwände. Einen Fön gab es erst auf Nachfrage.

Das Familienangehörige vom Hotelbesitzer oder Angestellten im Schlafanzug den Frühstücksraum benutzten.Das warmes Wasser zum duschen nur bedingt verfügbar war.das die Außenanlage des Hotels in einem schlchten zustand war.

Das es auch zu Messezeiten noch einen halbwegs vertretbaren Preis bot - sonst nichts! Alles in diesem Hotel ist ziemlich ungepflegt und das Frühstück war auch unterdurchschnittlich!
