The room was spacious and there was a patio where we were having our breakfast which was very hospitable and cute. There weren't any hotel ammenities and the price of the room could be a little less expensive.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Die Zusammenlegung mit City Hotekl sollte in der Info stehen. Dann kann man direkt zur richtigen Rezeption gehen. Arosa hat keine eigene mehr. Bar schließt früh.

Hoteleigene Garage, gutes Frühstück, gratis W-Lan auf dem Zimmer. Das Hotelzimmer war nur mit dem Minimum-Standart ausgestattet, d.h. keine Hotelbeschreibung/-Information, als auch keine Minibar-Preisliste auf dem Zimmer; etwas lieblos. An einigen Stellen ist das Haus sanierungsbedürftig und dafür zu hochpreisig. Merkwürdiger war aber die Tatsache, dass in einem Gebäude zwei Hotels untergebracht sind - das Arosa und das City Hotel. Das Arosa ist das hochpreisigere - siehe auch die jeweiligen Zimmerpreise auf den Homepages. Ich habe im Arosa gebucht, es gibt aber nur einen gemeinsamen Hoteleingang über das City Hotel , eine Rezeption, einen gemeinsamen Frühstücksraum und meine Hotelrechnung habe ich vom City Hotel erhalten. Ich kann im Haus keinen Unterschied/Abgrenzung der beiden Hotels erkennen - außer die unterschiedlichen Hotelnamen an der Fassade und die unterschiedlichen Zimmerpreise. Die Zimmerabbildungen auf den beiden Internetseiten ähneln sich auch, d.h. ich hätte vermutlich auch im preiswerteren City Hotel buchen können und hätte ein und dasselbe Zimmer erhalten - alles etwas mysteriös !

Ruime kamer. Prima ontbijt. Wifi. Redelijk centraal, alleen de tram stopt wat ongelukkig. Kleine mankementjes, Koelkast kapot. Dan doet weer een lift het niet. TV staat enorm ver van het bed.

Für den Besuch der documenta (13) hat das Hotel eine ideale Lage. Ich hätte ein hübsches, ruhiges Zimmer - sogar mit einem kleinen Balkon.

La habitación era muy amplia y tranquila. El desayuno abundante y bueno, especialmente teniendo en cuenta su precio (5 €). Aunque era muy espaciosa, el precio de la habitación me parece algo elevado. La almohada era incómoda y la iluminación poco agradable. Desde el hotel al centro se tarda unos veinte minutos a pie. Hay una parada de tranvía cercana.

Zeer ruime en schone kamer.Goed ontbijtbuffet. Goede locatie, dichtbij tramhalte.Parkeermogelijkheid tegen een redelijke prijs. Geen gratis internet op de kamer en ook niet in de lobby.

Would stay there again. Reasonable price, good location, large clean basic room, good breakfast and breakfast room. I got a smoker room. It's confusing as you actually enter lobby of "City Hotel". I wasn't informed of the free internet service. Front desk staff are don't say much, could be a language thing.

Heerlijk ruime kamer! 1 km van de binnenstad, dus ook goed te doen te voet. Fantastisch ontbijt! Geen mooi hotel, geen mooie inrichting, wel degelijk en schoon en heel. Bedden zijn zo-zo, enorme vering, je moet er vanhouden.

Amplitud de la habitación. Variedad en el desayuno. La calefacción de mi habitación no funcionaba. Limpiaron mi habitación mientras estaba desayunando. Ese día yo ya me iba del hotel, con lo que no sé si las toallas que usé al volver del desayuno eran limpias o eran las del día anterior, y quedaron para el siguiente cliente. Lo mismo con las sábanas.

Good location for documenta (2 tram stops away from central venues). Very clean and decent sized room, nice bathroom, comfortable bed, quiet, as it's not directly in the center of Kassel. Free wifi. Staff not terribly friendly or forthcoming, decor is really outdated and quite ugly, for the price breakfast could be fresher and better - unless you love ham and related products it's a little sparse. I'd recommend this hotel for the location (for Documenta) if nothing really central is available - during Documenta it's really expensive for what it is.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast area has a nice sun room and garden. The hotel is located close to the city center, and is just a 3 minute walk from the tram.
