Best Western Premier Arosa Hotel  

Excellent location if one needs to be in this area. Convenient parking and good price/room relationship. Spatious and clean room with all necessities present. Good location with bars & restaurants just around the corner, and just a short walk from the small but nice inner city. For a positive change, the breakfast is not overcharged - as in many other hotels - but a good value for money.

Not a real drawback, but the internal layout of the hotel is somewhat surprising, with two elevators needed, some going up, some going down, in order to get to the room. Once you get the hang of it, not a problem though.

The hotel is nice , rooms are good and near to station , markets etc.. Most tv Channels are in english , which is good.

Central location but then most of the other hotels were just as central.

A bit of a death trap for small children. Breakfast room and bathrooms certainly kept us on the alert as did the floor plugs.in the rooms. Swimming pool was cold and also not child friendly. Reception not helpful and a bit snooty,not at all the image given in the hotel photos of two smilling girls. The hotel has a new wing with modern decor and individual a/c not sure what the criteria is for being allocated one of these but in our case it was a letter to the manager as the older wing had no a/c that worked. We didnt feel we had value for money here and wouldnt book again.

Excellent view on the city. Centre is just around the corner. Very good price value for the breakfast.

Parking access a bit difficult for SUV's

Deluxe Doppelzimmer war sehr geräumig, gute Ausstattung im Badezimmer, schön ruhiges Zimmer.

Das Hotel liegt ziemlich genial am Rande der Fußgängerzone. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß und sehr sauber. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend und mehr als seinen Preis in Höhe von 10,00 € wert!

Stilvolle Einrichtung, Schwimmbadbereich über den Dächern der Stadt, angenehm eingerichtete Zimmer, freundliches Personal am Empfang, praktisches Parkhaus des Hotels

Parkplätze vor dem Hotel werden von Politessen bewacht, unbedingt Tickets lösen. In der Hotelbar gibt es nureine Sorte Bier (Veltins)

Een prima hotel aan de rand van het centrum, vlakbij de bronnen van de Pader. Verrassende historische binnenstad en leuke restaurants nabij het park met de bronnen. Voorts een prima overdekt zwembad bovenin het hotel. Hotel beschikt over een eigen parkeergarage. Wel met een beperkte doorrijhoogte (1.85m) De garage - met drie lagen - zit tussen receptie en de overige kamers en is per lift prima bereikbaar.

Geen klacht, maar onze kamer was in gebouw dat met het hotel was verbonden. Het personeel gaf een duidelijk papieren instructie mee. Voor personen die zich slecht kunnen oriënteren misschien wat lastig.
