It was my first time in Germany and hotel Arosa staff made my impression on German service unforgettable. Hotel owners, who at the same time work there, were very friendly and helpful. They gave me great tips for the stay in Dusseldorf. Hotel is very newly decorated and looks great. My room had a lovely design, was very clean and light. Breakfast was very extensive and nicely arranged. In general the atmosphere in the hotel was very pleasant. I would recommend it to everyone. Düsseldorf was also great city to visit.

The convenience of public transport about 50m from hotel. Warm, friendly personality and promp feedback from owner, Robert before arrival. Staff really helpfull. Excellent breakfast, friendly staff, nice room, beds, ect. Nice restaurant nearby. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great, staff very friendly and every room is different to the others, near U-Bahn stop, 10 minutes to the central Konigsallee and Altstadt/Rhein. Very recommended.

I surely enjoyed my stay at this very well designed hotel. It has a very good location, stands on a beautiful street close to the city center and just on the corner from a tram stop. My room was very cozy and nicely designed. Room as well as hallways looked very newly decorated. Breakfast was very nice and staff was very helpful. You can surely feel that hotel has a very nice atmosphere around it. There was a great restaurant very close by. Hotel owner gave me a metro card and great recommendation where to go. I will deficiently stay at Hotel Arosa if I go back to Düsseldorf and recommend it to others! The exterior of the hotel is not as nice as the place inside and might give a wrong impression, but inside it very cozy, colorful and tasteful.

The owners and staffs in the hotel were all very nice to me. When I first arrived in the early morning on check-in day, I was very tired but was offered a warm breakfast. The free wireless service was also very nice. I could check emails every night and watch movies through internet. Not a big issue, but I suggest to subscribe HBO or English movie channels. For non-Germany speaker like me, the TV was boring to me.

There is an excellent restaurant in the nearby place : Dorfstube. People in the hotel are friendly. Parking for 4 cars only, difficult to find a parking place in surrounding streets. Rooms are old fashioned, but some are being renovated.

First of all the decoration of the rooms was a shock. Red everything red. Carpet, bed, walls etc. Even if it is clean, you dont get the feeling. The reception was not occupied all times. It is not a comfort hotel.

Reception durchgehend geöffnet, freundliche und zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter, Parplatz auf eigenem Gelände (geschützt vom Straßenverkehr), ordentliches Frühstück, k e I n e h e c k t I k!!

Der Eingangsbereich war gerade frisch renoviert worden und das Zimmer fand ich auch sehr ansprechend eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war vielseitig. Wenn ich ein Hotel in dieser Gegend wieder benötige, werde ich sicherlich dieses Hotel wieder buchen.

Esta muy bien, con el metro a 4 paradas del casco viejo y 6 de la central. La habitacion limpia, cama buena y ducha tambien. Desayuno estupendo. Muy buena relacion calidad/precio.

Sehr gut gelegen - nur 4 Stationen mit der Bahn nach Altstadt und auch sehr nahe am Hauptbahnhof mit Bahn. Schöne Quartiere in dieser Region um das Hotel.

駅から徒歩1分程度、少し入り込んだ場所なので騒音もなく静かに過ごせました。スタッフ（オーナー）の対応- が素晴らしく、又利用したいホテルです。 数度利用していますが、年々値上げされているようです。値上げによるサービス向上はありません。（むしろ下- がったかも）
