Location, 5mins from the Zoo and KaDeWe, close to U-Bahn and S-Bahn,free parking at the back,clean rooms reception noone there after 10 p.m.,towels no change,staff speak no english,breakfast really poor |

The location (only 5 minutes walk to the Zoo and main shopping street ... Kurfürstendamm). Twenty four hour reception. Cleanness. Free parking at the back. Close to public transportation. Overall, excellent value for the money! The staff speak very little English ... but t his is a minor issue! |

Twenty four hour reception which meant there was always someone to answer our questions. Facility to come and go as we pleased without restriction. Close proximity to tube. Breakfast not appetising. Only canned fruit was available - no fresh apart from apples. Coffee was poor quality. The alternative was self made Nescafe. In fairness the breakfast was described as a German one and so there is no complaint that a hot breakfast was not available. |

Śniadanko niczego sobie.Centrum Berlina ze śniadaniem i parkingiem w bardzo przyzwoitej cenie. Mogłaby byc troszke lepsza obsługa. |

god morgenmad, meget forskelligt, friskt. god udvalg i drikkevarer og slik i automaterner, hviis man bad om noget fik man det. Dog var rengøringen ikke i top, under sengen var der gammelt indtørret vingummi og ved radiatorne var der meget beskidt. Men alt i alt et dejligt ophold, ikke langt til mange gpde steder at spise og shoppe og turist aktioner. Måske det kunne være en ide at der var en der kunne snakke engelsk i resiptionen, nu når der kommer mange udlændinge |

Ideaal gelegen t.o.v. de metro. Daarnaast dichtbij gezellige winkelstraatjes en pleinen. Slaapkamer was goed qua ruimte, met een goed bed. Het hotelpersoneel, met name van het ontbijt, waren redelijk onvriendelijk. Aan de receptie waren ze wel aardig. |

Es hat uns im Hotel sehr gut gefallen. Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die zentrale Lage und die Restaurants rundherum waren sehr angenehm. Besonders gut hat uns die schöne Gestaltung der Flure gefallen. Es war perfekt. |

Ligging was zeer goed ten opzichte van de zoo en de winkelstraten. Ontbijt was ook goed, en de inkleding van het hotel en de ontbijtruimte was mooi en origineel |

Kurze Wege zur Innenstadt und kostenloser Parkplatz. Teilweise nicht sauber genug und das Frühstücksbuffet hat nachgelassen.(vor zwei Jahren waren wir schon einmal in diesem Hotel,da war es besser.) |

No nos ha gustado nada, ni el hotel ni la persona que lo lleva, ni la limpieza. Booking debería estar al corriente al recomendar ese hotel, nos sentimos estafados. Nada nos ha gustado, antipaticos, solo hablan Aleman, ni siquiera Ingles, al entrar en la habitacion nos encontramos un bonito y gran moco verde pegado en la colcha, no nos hicieron la habitacion en dos días, desayuno regular, habitacion fea y triste y la relacion calidad-precio muy mala, pues pagé por esa habitación 120 € por día. En fin... una verguenza. Claro que al tercer día abandonamos. |
