Clean and quiet. The swimming pool was not functioning but an opportunity was offered to use the swinning pool of a sister-hotel 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel booked.

Excellent service in several languages. Very clean and well built rooms. 3 busstops half a stonethrow away though the city is at walking distance (30 minutes for me).

I liked the location as bus station was close by, the service was good & fast, clean and tidy rooms, hotel staff were ok and especially mis nora she was sooo helpful and friendly, God bless her =)

Excellent breakfast buffet; friendly and helpful staff. Hotel information did not inform of cost for sauna, I had assumed this was included in price. Distance to city centre is misleading as this is unclear, in this case city centre did not mean old town, station or cathedral. However, I failed to check the distance on the map myself.

The staff was very friendly. We only paid €50 (without breakfast) and they allowed us to stay till 15:00 for free! Our room was very tidy and beautiful. The only 'negative' thing we could find, were the cushions, they were quite big.

Great location, 20 minutes walk in to city.Excellent for local transport.Large rooms, clean and comfortable with tv and minibar.Swimmimg pool was an added bonus.Staff spoke very good English and were very helpful. Parking could be a bit of a pain if you returned to the hotel late.Had to park out on the road one night.Unless you got up and down for breakfast before 8.30 there was a very limited choice of breads, rolls and hot food. It just wasn't replenished ,even though breakfast is said to be served up until 10.30.

The swimming pool was a wonderful place to relax at the end of the day and made the stay especially enjoyable. The whole place was absolutely spotless and very tastefully furnished. There was even a terrace where we could have enjoyed breakfast if the weather had co-operated. Before I booked, I read the recent customer reviews. Based on these, I agree it would have been nice to have had tea-making facilities, although this is not so common in Germany. The breakfast buffet was not re-filled while we were there, so better get up promptly to have the full choice, but there was still plenty left. And I, too, did wonder when the bread rolls had been baked, but they were still perfectly edible

Nice rooms, comfortable and very clean. Not really big, but for 1 overnight it's perfect. Free parking space behind the hotel. Restaurant has good food and has a good value for money. Reception is polite and neat. Restaurant could be a little more cosy. Location is not ideal, took me at least 15 minutes before getting on the highway.

We were looking for a quiet and not too expensive hotel with free parking and Art Hotel Aachen was exactly what we needed. Nice staff. We had a nice stay here, thanks. Our complaint for many hotels - in a double room there could be one double mattress and not two single moved together... Oh, and the info could have been in English, too.

Friendly welcome with nice clean rooms. This hotel is not near the centre but we knew that when booking and there are plenty of really good places to eat within a 10 minute walk. Secure parking for cars and motorcycles.
