I liked the location of the hotel just on the river bank, a bit off the city centre but well connected, relaxing place, urban and rural at the same time, a bit of a designer, loft style. And I had the quickest check-in ever, probably less then 30 sec, and a very kind one. |

Very nice view, free parking, fairly near to the main atractions. Shower faucet was very awkward, sticking into the shower stall. Impossible to take a shower without inadvertently shutting off the water or changing its temperature (you could seriously scald yourself!). |

The breakfeast was very good and ample. The location to the Sanssouci Schloss was not as good as we were lead to believe on the hotel site. Not a four star hotel as far as services and staff level of service. |

The photos present the hotel in a better shape than it is.Not that is bad but i expected a little bit more.Eventhough i would recommend this hotel to other gusts. |

The stuff were extremely helpful and spoke English. The location, although not central is convenient, it is nice and peaceful The hotel claims to have air-condition in public spaces as well as in the rooms. In practice the air-condition cannot be felt at all neither in public spaces nor in the room. Although it looked (and clearly sounded) as the air-condition was working on a hot (over 24 c) August day the room was warm and stuffy day and night. |

Ok rooms Bad personal who can´t speak english and was ignorant. In the hotel restaurant they tried to charge us för 23 euro more than we ate for. |

Location by the lake - you can rent a bike and have a wonderful time enjoying the nature. Free parking. Hotel has two parts - old and modern. The room I was given in the old one looked like a prison cell - small, thick walls, tiny(!) little window. No decent toiletries were provided - only a dispenser with liquid soap. A/c didn't work at all! Small TV with no English channel s at all! Very uncomfortable bed. |

Achtung Negativbewertungsleser: der Gerechtigkeit wegen - montags gab es bei uns auch Frühstücksbuffet (wie jeden Tag), aber keins was in Erinnerung bleibt. Weiter Achtung: großes Plus wurde abgeschafft - Parkplatz kostet jetzt! Unsauberes Bad, fleckiger Teppichboden und Gardinenschmutz kann ich bestätigen, nur das es auf der Seite zur unmittelbaren gruseligen Heizkraftwerkruine keine Gardinen gibt, sondern das was man in sein Büro hängt. Eben alles in allem ein Dienstreise-Hotel wo man nicht mal auf die Idee kommt sich den Wellnessbereich angucken zu wollen. |

De goede verbinding met Potsdam en Berlijn Voor een 4 sterren was de kamer te sober, slechts 1, erg oncomfortabele, stoel aanwezig. Piepkleine Douche en schrikbarend hoge prijs voor de fietshuur. |

God modtagelse og besvarelse på spørgsmål ang. bus og ruter.Værelse og rengøring OK, men kunsten på væggen kunne vi ikke lide, men smag og behag er forskellig,så det er OK.Morgenmad dejlig og gode omgivelser. Der kunne godt være en behagelig stol mere på værelset, da det er et dobbeltværelse. |

mooie locatie direct aan het meer, kamers zijn sfeervol ingericht, prima verzorgd ontbijt in gezellige open ruimte met veel lichtinval. Hotel ligt aan fietsroute R1 (Arnhem-Berlijn)en adverteert hiermee, maar biedt geen faciliteiten om fiets droog en veilig te stallen. Hotel ligt wel redelijk in de buurt van kastelencomplex Sanssouci maar wat verder van centrum. (voor ons met de fietsen was dit overigens geen probleem) |

Wir fanden es super , das wir vom Hotel aus so schnell erreichen alles erreichen konnten.Es fuhr direkt vor dem Hotel eine Buslinie und eine Straßenbahn ab. Wir sollten nach der Buchung Parkplatzgebühren bezahlen ,sind dann aber nach mehrmaliger Beschwerde freigestellt worden. |
