It is a very good hotel. The service is very good, the rooms are very well designed. The hotel has outside dining which is on the water, which is always nice. It is close to the Park Sansoucci (spelling?), but a bit of a distance from the old town. I would highly recommend it. |

Location was very good next to the river.The hotel is proper for relax.Unfortunately we had to stay only one night. Parking in the private area of the hotel should be free. |

I liked the location of the hotel just on the river bank, a bit off the city centre but well connected, relaxing place, urban and rural at the same time, a bit of a designer, loft style. And I had the quickest check-in ever, probably less then 30 sec, and a very kind one. |

Very nice view, free parking, fairly near to the main atractions. Shower faucet was very awkward, sticking into the shower stall. Impossible to take a shower without inadvertently shutting off the water or changing its temperature (you could seriously scald yourself!). |

The breakfeast was very good and ample. The location to the Sanssouci Schloss was not as good as we were lead to believe on the hotel site. Not a four star hotel as far as services and staff level of service. |

Im Hotel war es immer angenehm ruhig. Die Zimmer waren sauber. Ich wollte meine Rechnung im Hotel bar bezahlen; das ging nicht, da das Hotelpersonal mir sagte, dass Sie booking.com schon abgebucht hätten.Eine andere Zahlung sei nicht möglich. Auf Ihrer Internetseite bzw. dem Ausdruck steht aber ausdrücklich, dass ich die Rechnung vor Ort bezahlen könne und die Credit Card nur zur Sicherheit diene. |

Netter Service, schöne Lage am Wasser. Die Bepolsterung der Sitzmöbel ist sehr abgenutzt. Das Bad war muffig aufgrund unzureichender Lüftung. Flecken an der Badezimmerdecke. Das Frühstück wurde in der Woche bis 10 Uhr serviert. Punkt zehn wurden wir gefragt, ob wir noch etwas vom Buffet möchten. |

Ein Hotel nur zum Übernachten, Abendessen wurde von niemanden genutzt, bzw. ist unter Woche zu einem Italiener um die Ecke ausgelagert. Leider ist das Spa nicht im Preis inbegriffen |

Saubere Zimmer, guter Zimmerpreis, gute Lage Kein Schrank vorhanden, Frühstück viel zu teuer, Parkplatz teuer (man kann aber im angrenzenden Wohngebiet parken), Rezeption kennt sich mit den örtlichen Gegebenheiten schlecht aus, Fernseher zu klein, Zimmer hellhörig, von Kunst wenig zu sehen. |

Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sehr zuvorkommend. Gute Anbindung Bus und Wassertaxi. Die Lage ist Klasse besonders wegen der Wassernähe. Wir kommen sicher einmal wieder. Tipp!!! Im Zimmer 114 bitte mal auf den Querbalken achten beim Saubermachen. Andere Gäste könnte dies stören. |

Die Zimmer waren sauber, ruhige Lage und schöner Ausblick auf die Havel. Das Frühstücksgeschirr wurde sehr verzögert abgeräumt, so dass nachfolgende Fühstücksgäste länger auf einen frisch eingedeckten Tisch warten mussten. |

Tagelang kein Internetzugang, diesbezüglich Personal wenig freundlich und hilfsbereit, Badezimmer völlig unpraktisch, da beim Duschen alles unter Wasser gesetzt wird und der Vorhang ständig am Po klebt...... |

Dejligt roligt hotel. Ligger godt - primært forår / sommer ift. floden. Rene værelser. Madrasserne er for hårde efter vores smag. Parkeing bør være inkluderet i prisen, da dette er en skjult omkostning man ikke regner med (10€ per dag). Internet adgang fungerede ikke. |

Laut Beschreibung wurde Zimmer mit Wanne für Preiskategorie angeboten, erhielten aber nur Zimmer mit Dusche. In der Nacht wurde unser Schlaf von einem nicht ortbarem ständigem Brummen begleitet( es war nicht die Klimaanlage). |

Angenehmer Empfang, klare sinnvolle Einrichtung, auskunftsfreudige Mitarbeiter in der Rezeption, insgesamt war der Aufenthalt eine Ermutigung zur Wiederkehr bei nächster Gelegenheit. Günstige Anbindung an das öffentliche Verkehrsnetz. Frühstückspreis sollte 10 € nicht übersteigen. |

La ubicación delante del rio y el servició. _que no tenga calefacción. Que el desayuno no este incluido. Que el baño no tenga zapatillas ya que nos esperabamos otro tipo de baño más de hotel de cuatro estrellas. Relación calidad-precio, hay hoteles por el mismo precio, con desayuno y calefacción con muy buena calidad. |
