Spacious room,very quiet,comfortable and clean with pleasant accomodating staff who all spoke English. We shall be back there on our next visit to Aachen. |

The staff was helpful and cordial. The Romish dampf sauna was out of order with 5cm water on the floor but no sign that it was not working. |

Nice hotel......pity it is not close to the town centre. Not easy to find without GPS. No bars or restaurants close by. |

The non - smoking rooms are of a very good standard and convenient to the saunas and swimming pool which made for a totally relaxing weekend. |

Nice beds. Very spacious room. Balcony. No atmosphere; the hallways felt like a hospital. Not sure why this is called an 'art hotel', as it definitely doesn't have the modern, funky atmosphere that other 'art hotels' I've stayed in. Only a shower, no bath. Even though the room had a full kitchen, there was no coffee or tea making facility. |

We booked the hotel as a stopover on a trip back to the UK and it looked nice and it was also cheap. The price however was the only cheap thing about the hotel.We were greeted with a nice smile and in English. The room was very spacious and clean. The bed comfortable and the shower powerfull and refreshing. We travel to and from the Czech Republic every year and will use the Art Hotel both ways for our stop over. |

Pleasant suburb location. The separate lounge and bedrooms make it more of an apartment (would be good for a long stay). We did not have breakfast at the hotel; there are plenty of places in Aachen centre. The location is a little far out from Aachen centre, a good walk. The shower area was large but not very modern. |

Located 5 minutes drive from the city center in a peaceful residential area. Designed and in part used as a seniors' center each unit has a large living room with kitchen facilities (but no utensils!) bathroom and a bedroom - all have balconies or direct access to the garden. Great value for money (when booked on line) |

Breakfast was not included in the Booking.com price, so this hotel looked like quite a cheap place to go. There isn't any alternative near the hotel to have breakfast though, so we decided to have it at the hotel. The price per person for breakfast at the hotel is quite high, even that high that it heightened the price per night by 50 percent... |

Art Hotel Superior has very nice and clean rooms. Rooms are big and often with big balcony. There was a kitchen, we had appartment, but no attributes in the kitchen, so it had no role. |

The person working the desk was very helpful. The staff in general was lovely, and the location, while removed from the city center was in a very nice area. The room was spacious, very clean and nicely designed. Beds were comfortable. |
