Quite big room, comfertable stay.

Bath room is separated from the room, if you wanna go toilet in the night, should take a walk.

Quiet hotel, peaceful location, short bus ride into Aachen. All staff very pleasant and most helpful. Room spacious and comfortable.

WiFi was charged. The hotel was outdated.

The room was spacious, the location was nice and quiet, but relatively close to historical center.

There was no water heater, though there was no big issue.

8 euros per internet is a travel to the past. Freewifi in any hotel in nowadays is mandatory...

Our room was very spacious and clean, and more like a one-bedroom apartment complete with a small kitchen and large bathroom. The breakfast offered a huge selection of tasty items and the atmosphere was cozy and family-oriented. Quiet location. Excellent value for money. Couldn't have asked for more.

We have no complaints. The distance from the old town suited us perfectly as we love walking.

Breakfast is little bit expensive, and unfortunately, it is NO Wifi! 21 century - it is really needed for business people!

I liked the spacious room, the swimming pool facilities and the great breakfast buffet, where staff where also very nice and helpful. I also liked the fact of being able to check out at noon. We had a lovely stay and I would definitely recommend this comfortable hotel to anybody.

While we didn't use the spa offerings, it was a nice touch to the hotel. The in-house bar was excellent, as was the bartender (who also covered check-ins, etc.). While it was a bit outside of the city, it was very quiet and had underground parking (for a small price) which was nice as it snowed that night. The rooms were well-appointed (we got a room for 4, so 2 rooms, 1 bathroom), with balconies and comfortable bedding.

Knowing that this hotel was once an elderly home explained why the bathroom was still very "institutional". It just didn't fit with the finish of the rest of the hotel and rooms, but it did the job. An update (a complete overhaul) of the bathroom is in order.

Everything was good, especially for that amount of money.

I stay at the Art Hotel Superior usually twice a year and it is an incredibly convenient and cost-efficient accomodation for visits to Carolus Thermen and Aachen. It is a home-away-from-home, with a kitchen and lounge/study area. Perfect for longer stays than 1-2 days.

All the rooms have a stove and oven which we have used on previous trips. These are now permanently turned off in all the rooms (according to reception) and that is enough to prevent me from rebooking. The website shows a stovetop in the floorplans. When booking for longer stays, not having this convenience means I could just as easily stay in a hotel.

Excellent value for money. The rooms are enormous and spotlessly clean. But most importantly the hotel is in a quiet location so there is no noise at night.

Room was initially a bit cold until we discovered that we have to turn the radiators on ourselves apart from that clean and comfort room a bit of extra choice of pillows would be a good benefit

Staff was very friendly, we've got a late check-out for free!

Even if they know that we will have a late check-out, the cleaning lady entered twice in the room.

Clean, good food, beautiful spa facilities.

A strange alarm noise that went off a lot during teh nigth.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The apartment was spacious. Nice interior. Calm location. Great value for money! Will definitely come back.

Facility, room is big and clean.

The blanket is thin. Breakfast is cold, not tailed for asian people.

* Every little item (E.G., breakfast, parking, room water bottle, etc.) was extra * felt more like cold and sterile hospital than warm, comfortable hotel * I did not touch second pillow and blanket, so cleaning staff removed it from double bed which made the bedroom very uncomfortable * Outdated bathroom fixtures

TV reception was extremely poor. Coding of access ID card expired right in between my stay, hence it needed to be renewed.

The hotel was very comfortable and the staff extremely helpful.

Unfortunately there were no restaurant facilities on a Sunday night.

Herr Thielen was the best receptionist! The spacious rooms were fantastic value for money. The breakfast buffet was great.
