Excellent service and attention to detail. Friendly staff willing to spend time helping us acclimate to the city.

Excellent staff. I really appreciated that they contacted me before arrival to find my flight time, sent me public transit directions to the hotel, then cheerfully greeted me even when my arrival was delayed for an hour and I arrived very late in the evening. I would definitely stay here again.

We love this hotel, the grand dame of gay Berlin! Full of character and charm with friendly service! Perfect location. This was our second stay and will return.

Every room is unique, very stylish. Friendly staff made us so welcome.

Wonderful location near a large U-Bahn station. The building was beautifully historic while the decor was clean and modern. The rooms were all well furnished and very unique. The staff was more than accommodating. We stayed there at the beginning of our trip and chose (while there) to stay again the last night.

it was fantastic,starting with the staff very friendly and helpful,location is fantastic metro station very close and across the street is the main shopping street and department (KaDeWe) the rooms are wonderful (stayed in superior double room) the staff were very helpful in every way possible. will defiantly stay here again anytime am in Berlin

A convenient location, nice fairly large rooms in an old charming building. You find only basic amenities and services in this small hotel but anything you need is within walking distance anyhow. Friendly staff.

Stay in the hotel the 4th time, think it tells more then I could say with the words....

Lovely boutique hotel on third floor of building. Very quiet and relaxing to return to after a busy day sight seeing. Beautiful decor stated in suite, loads of room , really comfy bed and a good powerful shower. Will definately return.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They helped me find yoga classes, catch the right bus to the airport, and gave me recommendations for bars and parities. The staff made my trip much better.

I wish I could have met other people at the house, but there wasn't really the opportunity.

The hotel staff was always very friendly and helpful. Great location to shopping, museums, restaurants, and park. Rooms have nice high ceilings, and the showers are excellent with lots of hot water and water pressure. Second time staying there, and I will stay again if traveling to Berlin.

The internet could be a little faster, a bit slow for downloading files.
