Arthotel Heidelberg  

Lo staff dell'albergo è accogliente e molto disponibile. L'albergo è situato a 2 minuti a piedi dalla zona pedonale con I suoi ristoranti, bar e negozi.Su richiesta possibilità di prenotare un parcheggio sotterraneo per l'auto. Infine è anche da consigliare il suo ottimo ristorante.Questa è stata la nostra settima volta a Heidelberg...ed anche la nostra settima volta all'Arthôtel...e la nostra terza cena nel loro ristorante...

This is a wonderful hotel!! Best I've stayed at in Europe. My husband and I were traveling with our 8 year old and our dog ~ the staff made us feel right at home. We enjoyed everything~location, staff, accommodation, breakfast, parking. This is a lovely hotel, beautifully decorated and well maintained.

Drains in the bathroom aren"t good

Ultra-modern, excellent quality experience. Very enjoyable staff, excellent breakfast buffet. Location was amazingly close to the city center, university, historical sites and Heidelburg Castle.

Breakfast was not included and pricey but delicious and you had to pay for parking and internet.

The hotel is well located for the town centre and is very clean and bright with good size bedrooms. Parking on site was excellent.

Over priced for its facilities and the standard of the breakfast.

The restaurant was really fantastic. One of the best meals we've had. The hotel was very comfortable. The staff friendly and helpful.

Safe not working, reported this but it was not fixed

Although we arrived late in the evening we could not have been made more welcome. The staff were obliging and accommodating in every respect throughout the entire holiday. The restaurant was gourmet standard and we ate there every evening during our stay. The breakfast was excellent too. The hotel is ideally situated in the old part of Heidelberg and it is only a short walk from the main tourist sights and shopping area. We will stay at this hotel on our next visit and we have already recommended it to family and friends.

There is nothing that we disliked about the hotel. We would like to recommend that all the food in the chilled section of the breakfast bar is kept in covered cabinets.

Modern minimalist feel, excellent restaurant.

No fridge or refreshment facilities in room.

Hotel is located ideally close to old sectionand university. The room was large and very well appointed with very large bathroom..shower and bath. The staff excellent and helpful. We had to leave a day early to return to Australia because of potential ash problem from volcano - they were very understanding. If you are in car, venture out to nearby towns - they will help with directions. Dining was very good.

Das Frühstück entsprach nicht unseren Vorstellungen von einem ausgewogenen Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Man konnte bei dem Angebot das Gefühl bekommen, dass als Belag Reste serviert werden. An den Tisch gebracht wurde:1 Mini-Schinkenfetzen roh, 1 Mini- Schinkenfetzen gekocht, 2 Mini Lachsfetzen etc...., 1 Scheibe Wurstaufschnitt, ein wenig Käse, alles in recht mittelmäßiger Qualität. Das alles für 2 Personen. Die Eier waren ok. Das Brotangebot mittelprächtig. Der Belag für 12,00 € pro Person miserabel. Das Müsliangebot war reichhaltig. Etwas frisches Obst wurde auch angeboten. Ich würde das Hotel ohne Frühstück empfehlen. Aber wer möchte das schon?
