beautifully styled hotel room and luxurious bathroom, good location breakfast and parking expensive, little feel of luxury outside hotel room, no spa, gym or pool; we booked a lower-rate room at €154 per night - room in this category relatively small, does not compare to sample rooms on website |

this amazing hotel is nestled in in the heart of Heidelberg's Altstadt with astonishing and unexpected views of the city. The hotel boasts an ultramodern feel in a tremendous renovation of a historic building, fantastic original painted ceilings grace the rooms that overlook historic Heidelberg. Hidden behind a modern glass facade the rooms are spacious and beautiful with luxurious bathrooms. i especially loved the metal staircases, the reading nook, the courtyard restaurant and the gracious, fantastic food and awesome staff. This hotel is where i will stay in Heidelberg on every visit from now on. |

staff were very pleasant. outdoor dining area good in hot weather.hotel's location. breakfast very poor- everything looked and tasted tired, probably having been prepared the night before. rooms too spartan, bath towels too small, no bin in the bathroom or light in the shaving mirror. no mini bar.air conditioning not too effective in the very hot weather. |

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und die Zimmer absolut gepflegt. Auch die Klimaanlage war sehr stark und kühlte den Raum gut ab. Das Frühstück war für seinen Preis recht dürftig. An der Auswahl der Speisen darf gearbeitet werden. |

Freundlichkeit und flexibilität des stuffs. Eigenes Parkhaus mitten in der Stadt. 2 Minuten zu fuss zur hauptstrasse. Design und decoration des Hotels. Sehr gepflegte einrichtung. Check out um 11h? weil es in Heidelberg öfter mal etwas spät wird. :) Normalerweise um 12h. Wobei mir eine ausnahme erstattet wurde :) Vielen Dank |

Das Hotel hat einen sehr schönen Innenhof und einen Dachgarten und die Zimmer sind komfortabel und bequem. Sehr angenehm: es gibt keine 0815 Minibar, sondern Wasser aufs Zimmer und eine schöne Bar im Foyer. Nachts kann es sehr laut werden - das Hotel ist in der Nähe der Innenstadt und Heidelberg nun mal eine Studentenstadt. |

Das Personal war äusserst freundlich und hilfsbereit, unser Zimmer aussergewöhnlich stilvoll. Die unmittelbare Nähe zur Altstadt ist ideal. Ein Parkplatz in der hoteleigenen Garage ist zudem zu einem angemessenen Preis zu kriegen. Der DVD-Player war defekt |

Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich und wir haben ein großes und helles Zimmer bekommen Der Wasserdruck der Dusche war spärlich. Das Zimmer warm nicht besonders warm und die Bettdecken sehr dünn. Auf Nachfrage hat man dann aber eine zusätzliche Wolldecke bekommen |

Sehr gute Lage, sehr schönes Hotel vom Design Dem Hotel fehlt die Seele, die Servicekraft empfängt einen an der Bar zum einchecken,eine Reception gibt es praktisch nicht. Wir hatte keine Heizung im Zimmer und das bei einer Aussentemperatur von -2 Grad. |
