room was very good, comfortable and clean, breakfast was also pretty good. I liked location because the train stop was close and there were a lot of train lines that took you to the places you need. It took about 10 minutes to get to the city center by train. In the morning you didn't have to wait long because train came every 5 minutes. Reception, stuff smoked in the next room, the door was open and the reception smell bad. Hotel stuff wasn't friendly. 3 cleaning ladies were discussing hotel guests in russian and spoke very badly of them. They didn't know i spoke russian as well. |

You have to pay for hot water or water to drink, it will be of great value if there is a ketal fot making hot water |

We only stayed for a night but overall the staff was helpful, the room and toilet is clean. Too bad we had to leave really early that we could not enjoy the breakfast. We have put specific notice when booking "please do not put us in the room facing main street" but still they put us there. The room facing the main street is loud but closing the window is ok. However, the room should be (at least) installed with fan or Air condition because it is really hot when you close the windows. |

The breakfast was very good. Cleaning of the rooms excellent. Very good beds. Quiet and good location Not everyone in the staff were service-minded. With that I mean kind with a welcoming smile. |

very convienient from Tiegel airport (20mins by bus109) near to S.Ustation.I stayed with discount price and quiet room,so that is OK..Now this hotel is located between normal restrant and shop. I missed breakfast! On sat.&sun breakfast stsrts at 8:00. |

Very close to S + U bahn which was important to us. The room was tastefully designed and in good condition. Beds were nice. To our needs it was perfect. When taking price into consideration, there is nothing we can complain about. The Hotel is between 3 strip clubs, but the clubs are discrete and are only open at night. |
