- quite good breakfast - good location next to the S-Bahn station Charlottenburg
- small room - hotel is also used by workers and strange looking young mothers with plenty of children, we felt really disgusted about it
THE CARD WHICH IS USED TO OPEN THE DOOR WAS NOT FUNCTIONING PROPERLY
The hotel is located very good, from Tegel airport just board the 109 bus and in 15 minutes get off at the Kaiser-Friedrich-Str./Kantstr., the station is in front of the hotel, literally 10 meters in front of the entrance, the Charlottenburg S bahn station is some 100 meters on the right from the hotel, and the Wilmersdorfer Straße on the U7 U bahn line is some 200-300 meters from the hotel. Getting to the Berlin sites because of that is realy easy from this spot. The Wilmersdorfer Straße is full of shops like Wilmersdorfer Arcaden, a 4-floor shopping mall etc. where you can do your shopping, plus there are tons of restaurants of all sort in near vicinity, from asian ones to all other. The room was clean and the cleaning lady came every day, the low price and breakfast include were a big bonus. The breakfast was good, few types of ham, few of cheese, few breads, cereal, jam, honey, nougat, yogurt/fruit yogurt, omelet, hard boiled egg, bacon, coffee, two types of juice, tea... every day the same choice so if you are there longer it could get boring very fast, we didnt go hungry. If you are in search for a clean hotel, for a low price with breakfast, with good connection to the city and the airport, plan to be out of the room most of the time, this would be the place for you. More or less this is just what we needed so would recommend.
The down side are the mattresses, first of all I booked a double bed, specifically asked the double bed, we would get by with two connected beds we got instead but the springs in the mattresses were so bad that we would just sunk in and in the morning there would be a big gap between our beds. For some reason the cleaning lady would shut the heating when we would be out of the room and that would be the whole day, so after freazing in bed I realized that the heating both in the room and in the bathroom is shut, so if you are there as us in the winter check the radiators, there was no AC in our room so I dont know how it is in the summer heat. The satelite TV is actually 28 programs in german and two in english, CNN and BBC, since we don't speak german we were stuck with the news.
Very good beds Close to public transport Close tho ZOB (intercity bus station) Close to many many restaurants
Some of the employees (family run Russian hotel) do not seem to understand that they are there for the guests. Your guest bring in your income!
Nice hotel and good staff clean rooms ...only wifi still not good i hope to improve it soon i mean the signal strength
Good room - nice place for spendind time if we are tired. Good place for breakfast. Nice hotel. Very nice bathroom. Close to the shopping street.
I'm against paying for Wi-Fi in hotel. That should be standard. Parking could be cheaper:-P
Close to Charlottenburg station.
In a street with strip clubs (or brothels). It's good to be aware of this beforehand.
very dark room, small, and towels you should bring your own, because hotel towels not good. + breakfast was good, but every day the same menu.
room has sufficient space and contains all what is needed breakfast offer is good for that type of hotel
on one morning the breakfast room was quite cold and uncomfortable
Location of this hotel is good.
The hotel smells of cigarette smoke. Although we requested a smoke free room, it really smelt bad. The linen was very old and sheets very thin. There are a couple of sports bars below the hotel which becomes quite noisy at times. Rooms very small. Breakfast is okay-ish.
to discover city Mitte area should be chosen a bit far away from city 3 Euro per night for internet fee is ridiculous
Bargain opportunity, best price and readonable comfort.breakfast just ok. At the ❥ of Stutti - hot spot & red light area - however rooms are quite clean and you are very close to western Berlin City District. PT just steps away
The location is really good, the breakfast is of great value. The room was clean and the the bed was confortable. It is a great hotel for the money, I would recommend it.
Parking is a bit expensive, but understandable if you need to keep your vehicle safe.
The hotel was very near one of the main S Bahn routes into the city centre and also a main trainline direct to the airport. The staff were very helpful, the breakfast plentiful and the rooms very clean and tidy. Great value for money too!
Close by station charlottenbrug and another u7,u2 also close.
The qualitity of service, location and breakfast were excellent.
Everything was fine! The breakfast was very good and the rooms were perfectly clean. Saff was helpful. Location is super - just 30sec from Very large station. Strognly reccommended!
I think Wi-Fi have to be free! Rooms were smaller than theese on pictures, but the hotel is perfect!
200 meters to S and U bahn. Airport bus outside the door. Breakfast for what you pay was OK. No complaints at all. Had both CNN and BBC TV news channels.
Walls between rooms could use soundproofing, but not a major issue at least in the room I was in.
I did not receive an official bill. They said: we don't have!
I did not ask for breakfast but they told me it was included in the room price, so I accepted. However, it appears in a separate line within the invoice (Breakfast 7.60 euros) which is double price. When I asked them to amend the invoice they told me that they could not change it and that they had charged me double price for breakfast due to the fact that I was in a double room! They even told me that I should have told them that I was on my own when I checked in which was too obvious when I did check in alone! Staff is not friendly Bad appearance and old bulding Water in the shower with low pressure and difficult to manage the temperature. It is too cold or burning.
Room was small. Breakfast menu was the same everyday
15 mins walk from exhibition centre which was handy if you are working there. Local supermarket nearby. Handy for Charlottenburg Station.
For business this is a no frills hotel. No comfy chair - no coffee or tea making in room - not even water apart from the tap. My view was the back of another run down hotel - windows missing and rendering dropping off giving it a depressingvand slightly seedy feel.
Next to S Bahn and U Bahn stations. 2 S Bahn stops from the Messe
This is a basic hotel, no frills and slightly depressing in atmosphere. The WIFI costs extra and was really slow.
